Firebot helps in solving many business problems

What do you like best about the product?
I haven’t tested Filerobot much yet, as I was introduced to it when I joined the team and found it easy to use and the results I’ve seen are excellent. The asset flows are consistent and that’s important.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an individual in a group, I found a lot of limitations and would love for Filerobot to allow more flexibility in customizing it to make working within the group more seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Filerobot has worked well so far at ensuring the flow and management of digital assets, and the ease of setting metadata and automation, as I’ve experienced, would be a huge help in managing our digital assets and simplifying their distribution and use.

What do you like best about the product?
Filerobot is a complete DAM solution that's very easy to learn.
Its sharing portal, AirBox and Sharebox functionalities add a powerful dimension to asset repository management and distribution.
The technical and functional teams are available and ready to listen to help the product evolve.

What do you dislike about the product?
More complex rights management, but the publisher is currently working on this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralise asset management in a simple, user-friendly interface and connect easily to a PIM
Very positive experience with that tool. Very easy to use day-to-day

Its wide range of functionalities seamlessly caters to our organization's and customer's needs, making it a go-to solution for daily assets management. Very user-friendly interface ensures that everyone within our team quickly adapts to it, resulting in increased efficiency and smoother operations, very fast (technically quick to be implemented).
Frequent updates and the introduction of the recent new features only add to its appeal, enhancing our overall productivity. Filerobot has become an unavoidable tool for our customers, and its continuous improvements validate its position in our customers Digital Experience Platforme.
Being part of the Mach alliance and being completely headless is a very good point.
Be abble to link that DAM into other tools via the widget is also a very good thing.

Whether it's the product or the support, I haven't yet come across Filerobot's weaknesses.
