What do you like best about the product?
Love the flexibility of Typeform. So many ways to personalize each form that it can be used for a very wide variety of situations. Easy to customize the appearance, too, and the integrations have made info gathering and sharing simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I genuinely can't think of anything right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We gather client contact information updates, award nominations, event RSVPs, monthly and annual performance reports from subunits, client job requests, customer service feedback, and NPS. The ability to send notifications to multiple team members and to Google sheets has streamlined our reporting processes.

Beautiful, but some serious problems with reliability and forms crashing.

What do you like best about the product?
We love the clean and interactive interface -- it's fresh, intuitive and works beautifully for our brand. In theory, we like the potential for complex forms including logic jumps and payment fields..
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had MAJOR problems with forms crashing / being wiped out / suddenly functioning incorrectly on three different occasions now.. we've stuck with it thus far, as the forms are just so darn pretty, but we've run into some really substantial data losses and received little to no help from their support team. On one occasion, we'd spent months building a comprehensive ordering form for our clients, and one day it was simply wiped out, GONE. We were told that this could be a problem when forms were 'too long'.. whaat? Currently, we have a situation where one of our forms' logic jumps are suddenly out of order for no apparent reason.. it's frustrating, as it's very time- and energy-consuming to plan, think through, and create these forms, and it's become difficult to rely on Typeform for our important data collection because of these issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're gathering client order details, accepting deposits, and sending information internally at different project stages. We can connect it to our other apps through Zapier, which makes workflows easy to automate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your forms hold any important data, or are going to be even somewhat complex, make back-up copies and record your questionnaires' flow outside Typeform.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI and overall design is phenomenal. Very sharp and easy to use. Works excellently not only for surveys but for a wide variety of business functions. Well organized dashboard showing the various options. An added bonus is the fact that it's quite customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have been using the product quite consistently for a while now, biggest issue has been the support. Not quite up to par.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform's great design and practicality is my choice for sending out surveys/ questionnaires.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Overall would definitely recommend. Much preferred to SurveyMonkey. Great user experience overall.

Quality Leads

What do you like best about the product?
The use of typeform has greatly increased the number of quality leads our company receives
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s quite simple to use, I have no complaints at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We definitely are able to qualify leads easier. Also, we capture more email and info using typeform which allows us to build our database. Using a typeform to qualify a lead makes closing that much easier.

Amazing interface for the forms, not that much to manage it on the back

What do you like best about the product?
Beautiful interface, easy and simple to use for the customer, easy to set up forms
What do you dislike about the product?
The data collection and management is not that easy though
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting a large ammount of data from leads after they already signed up to a different form

Great for surveying customers

  • May 24, 2018
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use when building surveys. I also like that the forms translate very well to mobile.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is not useful. You can’t build surveys in the app or edit surveys that are already created. This is not conducive for somone who runs a mobile business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to stop time sucks in my business by using this survey tool to get information from potential customers before I even meet with them.

Most Beautiful Data Collection Tool

  • May 01, 2018
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of making surveys, various templates which make serves your purpose really well and have really great designs and you can tweak them pretty easily for your purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like they could do better with the pricing, $30/month feels way too steep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Turning data collection from user a fun experience, when I made my first type it turned out so beautiful that the audience conversion for doing the survey increased by nearly 20%
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Typeform is pretty basic to use when creating to forms, if you are in hurry to get a survey done for quickly collecting data, you should really use try typeform out.

Pretty (with brains!) but a little steep

  • April 20, 2018
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use, and every aspect is just lovely to look at. One of the few times I'd say I actually enjoy using software for work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is high. Not unjustified, but the math might not always work for everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting regular feedback from employees and (most importantly) increasing the number of responses.

    Non-Profit Organization Management

Limited in it's capacity

  • April 20, 2018
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The clean design and interesting interface of the form.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are significant limitations to what you can do within each form block. For example, we want to hyperlink our Privacy Policy in the form, but there's no "clean" way to do this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capture subscriber interest.

All flash and no substance, some nasty little clauses in there

What do you like best about the product?
before a lot, now nothing, another shitty tech VC run conpamy, quel suprise...
What do you dislike about the product?
We were paying customers for months, then need to downgrade for a while, but they disables all our forms without telling us, lost a couple of hundred/thousand Euro...
They're part of the growing number of hip, cool companies that are spineless little $hit$ at the end of the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we lost a lot of money because of their "policies"
Recommendations to others considering the product:
stay away
