Powerful interface, great results with less effort
What do you like best about the product?
Conditional jumps, fluid interface. It's a great tool for surveys and participation campaings
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing so far, if anything I would like to use drop-downs fields with values from a table.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to boost the engagement with the people, producing a lot of data that help us to segment better our audience

Powerful Personalization Survey Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is ahead of the curve when it comes to personalization. We are able to make our surveys so conversational and targeted to that person. When people take the survey, they feel like we know them, and in turn, this has helped our completion percentage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't dislike anything. I guess if I had to pick something, I would say I would like if there were more templates to choose from. There are many right now, but having an even more expansive list of options would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform has allowed us to see a big improvement in our completion rates. This in turn has helped us better maximize this data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't hesitate. This is the best platform out there.
Good for all the trivia and surveys with a good interface, really simple to use and explain.

The design is so simple that even the longest survey becomes really small without any complaints.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't allow the person to access the survey or trivia more than once; they can only answer one time.

Creating extensive surveys appears insignificant.

The person who clicks the link can only respond once, which would be really helpful too.

The biggest value is the look & feel of Typeform. While there are other survey solution in the world, none of them have that sleek UIX.

Not much, I have been using Typform for many year - that value for money is great.

What do you like best about the product?
Its really easy to set a complex form, that would require a developer to do. I recommend to try logic jump and other things to create forms that can be generated based on math calculations.
I use an integration with Zapier to send leads to Inbound Marketing Tool that we use at the agency. We create more than forms, such as quizzes and calculators.

What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing its a little bit above what I would wish for but worth it. I think the learning curve its also a little bit tricky but its easier than other tools that I have tried.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use typeform to generate forms that engage the user and to collect thousands of leads. It creates new possibilities such as forms that are customized according the type of user - based on their choices filling the form.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I really recommend to use logic jump and automation to increase the value of your forms. Its a really nice way to create a excellent form.

What do you like best about the product?
Typeform for me is all about humanizing marketing communication. I use it mostly to build lead gen forms and it´s amazing how my conversion rates got higher! It´s been a great investment for my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Typeform should have a better affiliate program. It´s nice to have a discount on the billing, but it would be even nicer to get commissions per indication.

It is very friendly and has multiple features that help to make the most of each questionnaire. Also it supports hidden fileds that are most useful in terms of segmenting results afterwords. And the forms are beautiful and you can add stars and pictures )))))

The question logic was very hard to use but has became much better recently

Typeform allowed us to create fun QUIZZES to better inform our users, also gave voice to the opinion of many people who are part of our community!

The only think that does not work well for us: typeform doesn´t work for personality quiz.

I love the easy to use, almost enjoyable experience of a Typeform survey and I think our customers do too :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing per se. The latest improvements in the platform made the user experience even easier so for what we need it, it's perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are collecting user feedback via Typeform. As a clothing business, we do this fairly regularly and Typeform also has great integrations with klaviyo, our email tool, so data collection is seamless.
