Such a brilliant platform for getting data!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how user friendly this system is!
What do you dislike about the product?
File upload capability is limited. It would be great to see improved support for multiple file uploads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this platform to capture data from our clients, quickly and easily. No other system comes close to Typeform. For end users, it works brilliantly on all kinds of devices, and on the backend, it's extremely user friendly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're capturing data from a large audience, this is the system to use!

Wow, there's nothing I don't like... Maybe being able to control the position of the image.

I solve the landing page and can customize various models very precisely.

Ease of use. I can setup forms quickly and teach others to use it as well.

While setting up the workflow, the questions get cluttered in the drop-down.

We use it for offering tests online. We are able to use it without troubling our developer.
Super easy to use and makes beautiful surveys!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of it! I felt like a pro creating surveys. I also really enjoyed the templates already in place. The graphics are cool and the responses and ways you can response are super customizable. I also like the feature that you can download responses into a simple text form for sharing that feedback or results!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I wish I knew how to do or wish were possible were to make certain surveys password protected. It seems you cannot hide responses if for example, multiple people are using that typeform account.

We collect feedback and do surveys several times for each of our clients, we simply cannot run our business without Typeform so we are very happy it exists!
Fastest way to create and distribute a good-looking form
What do you like best about the product?
The latest iteration of Typeform is very intuitive and makes form building faster than other services I've tried. Typeform is also very extensible with their Zapier and Google product integrations. For example, every time I make a new form I can connect it to a Google Sheet, meaning that I don't have to allow other folks into my Typeform account where they could mess something up. I just share the link to the sheet and they can watch responses come in in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is just OK. It's excellent if you have a lot of questions that are multiple choice or scale-based, but if you're asking lots of open-ended questions it's difficult to view the responses when you're logged in. That's part of why I usually send all responses to Google, it's a little easier to parse the data there than it is inside the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Typeform for a variety of businesses and non-profits to handle everything from event registration to customer satisfaction surveys. Because of their Stripe integration, I can also take payment for event registration, which is very nice. I have never had a customer complain about filling out a Typeform, which is a testament to how easy they make it to create and to fill out forms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They have a free tier that will demonstrate the ease of use, so there's no reason not to give it a try and see if it meets your needs. You can always scale up to get more features once you've determined that the core product can meet your requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
While I'm a big fan of the integrations, the user interface is what hooked me a few years back. It just looks so much cleaner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any complaints. It does what I need.

The two ways I've used Typeform the most:
1. Onboard/kickoff surveys for new initiatives.
2. As an entry mechanism for contests (to get user insights and vary entry options).

What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is easy to use and the final result couldn't be more aesthetic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a heavy user, so there's nothing I dislike from Typeform. Everything I've used worked perfectly and conveniently so far.

Mainly customer surveys and market - fit surveys.

Pressing 'enter' gets you to the next step easily! No mouse required.

A wonderful addition to our company.
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform has always been easy to use for myself, clients, and students. I’ve never had to walk someone through taking a quiz or filling out a form using this platform. It’s a great addition to RSI as we use Typeform for virtually just about everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, there is nothing that I dislike about Typeform. It’s always smooth sailing. If there is a question or concern, they’re always there to help and resolve the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We help businesses adhere to the Americans with Disabiltiy act, help people learn about Deaf culture and the beautiful language of sign language and ultimately help with the mission of our company- to royally tear down the communication barriers between the Deaf and Hearing communities, one sign at a time! :-)
