What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, great design and very good response rate from our user
What do you dislike about the product?
The price of the premium version. Sometime we need it for one survey only so don't want a plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do all our surveys via Typeform so we look at user satisfaction and new features feedback mostly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Premium is expensive for what we can afford. We're a small company.

What do you like best about the product?
Bespoke typeforms and lots of help from the support team.

Love it all! Everything was very easy to create and very easy to put into practice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I introduced the Typeform for my company (Pendle Sportswear) we were able to increase our Club Shops so now we have more business.

Makes our data collection friendly and easy

What do you like best about the product?
I love referring to previous answers, connecting my data to external services, showing questions one-by-one, using beautiful templates (which are customizable), having a clear, WYSIWYG editing interface, and getting simple but also more advanced features, like variables, seamless website embeds, or Google Analytics integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though the one-by-one question style is cool and new, it would occasionally be useful to have other view styles. Additionally, it would be good to be able to change the CTA for each block separately, rather than for the whole form. Another issue is that the autosave feature during form editing is quite slow, and often when finishing an edit, and clicking view form, the changes will not have been committed yet. Lastly, the pricing means that we, as an NGO, will not be able to justify the cost of PRO anymore, and have already downgraded :(
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Typeform for internal surveys, internal orders (between departments), as well as the platform of our main market research survey. It allowed us to easily go bilingual, personal, and integrate with our internal platforms, incl GSheets and Slack. Internally, it lets us increase employee engagement.

Simply he best surveying tool

What do you like best about the product?
The most beautiful forms out there, the design is so simple and pretty. The forms are very easy to fill out, great user experience on mobile and desktop!
They are also very easy to build in an intuitive interface, with advanced features like starting the form it in an email, having hidden fields for email, and smart conditional questions.
You can build forms extremely fast, and the onboarding for a new user is virtually just here's the link.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much here.. The export format of the data isn't very easy to do data preparation on.
The price for a collaborative instance is quite steep as well, but the forms are just as pretty in the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to gather feedback from people within the company, as well as from customers and users through our email automation! We also build forms that we distribute in our industry to build content.
And use it to gather feedback after trainings and classes. There's so fast and easy you start building forms all the time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great tool for sure.
I do think you need to consider who your target personas and the people using it at your company are, for some industries, simpler less innovative tools will probably be enough.

the visuals, the report of closed questions, that the questions can follow up different flow depending on answers
What do you dislike about the product?
the customer support, if I have a problem and I had, it's impossible to contact you, that the scale cannot be better marked what means each grade
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NPS, feedback from people we work with, internally, it's prettier than better UX than Google forms, but the integration is a problem, we can't choose the place where the final results will show in excel - we need to choose a location, not to be shared in the home file of google drive. That I can not do a new line in the description of the question

What do you like best about the product?
The easiness to use. Very pleasant to use too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the design of some typeform could be more graphic. It would be good to visualize your typeform from a smartphone view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First step of our onboarding and allow us to know our client when they sign in.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the software is user-friendly both on the administration side as well as on the user side. I like that it is easy to build surveys, adjust surveys, and export the data for reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s nothing about this product that I dislike at this time. It is amazing software that I recommend to my colleagues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using this product for employee exit survey data collection, employee onboarding data collection, feedback on internal processes, etc.
