Typeform is an intuitive and pleasantly interactive form creation tool

What do you like best about the product?
I feel that Typeform provides a more engaging and interactive online form experience than typical forms I've seen. I think when users are presented with one question at a time, they are more thoughtful about their response and go through the form in a conversation fashion. I think there's more of a human connection rather than a tedious response listing experience. From a form creation standpoint, using Typeform is relatively easy for most everyone, regardless of their technical abilities. Typeform provides neat and organized panels for users to add titles, form fields and images. The drag-and-drop functionality helps to make things intuitive and straightforward. I also like that Typeform offers a free basic service that helps potential paid users get acquainted with their system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though I think Typeform's PRO plan is worth the cost, the pricing for that and the PRO+ plans are a bit high compared to some other form services I've seen. I think if the basic service offered the full capabilities of the Pro plan, with only submission restrictions, then potential paid users will get a better idea of what they'll be getting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform allows us to gather information from clients, leads and staff in a quick, fun and effective way. We can get feedback on services we provide, register people for promotional events, and execute outreach activities in a less invasive manner. People can fill out forms at their convenience and are more likely to respond compared to other information gather methods like phone calls. Typeform provides us with a wealth of user data and analytics to help us better leverage the information we gather.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd recommend starting with the basic plan to get an idea of how Typeform's service works. I think you'll find that users will more likely submit data through these forms compared to static submission forms. If you want to make your forms more interactive, you should focus on adding conditional questions that can lead your respondents down various paths depending on their responses.

What do you like best about the product?
Beautifully designed

I do wish there was a way to have separate titles for the survey creator and the user taking the survey

We use typeform to track our retention - being able to gather and analyze data about why users choose to cancel or continue using a product is crucial to the health of any business.

What do you like best about the product?
Conversational style of forms, possibilities to modify design and colors, easy to program in logical jumps. The support service responds in excellent timeframes. The ability to share typeforms facilitates collaborative work. There are good example typeforms that help to start your own projects, based on a logic that is already structured and previously tested. It is noticeable that the company is constantly exploring new integrations and useful applications for their clients' business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integrations are not at the user level, but require the participation of a technician, unlike the design and configuration of the forms. Some of the most recent changes in the way forms are designed are less user-friendly than the previous version. Especially those related to the use of bold text, as in the resulting databases they appear with brackets that then need to be removed. Additionally, there is a lack of support in Spanish, which is not understandable given that the company originates from a Spanish-speaking country. Many of the pages with useful tutorials are in English, which slows down the search for answers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we conduct satisfaction surveys and NPS, as well as contact forms and, on a more sophisticated level, we design ecommerce forms
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Although a considerable amount of initial learning hours must be dedicated, the result is the use of a platform that becomes everyday and easy to use.

Currently Typeform has included many features that weren’t available in the last fee years, so I don’t dislike anything at the moment!

What do you like best about the product?
So many, but key wins are:
- Intuitive design (little training needed),
- Logic map to visually check the flow of questions,
- Ability to send respondent notifications of receipt of survey and notifications to other recipients,
- Download results into Excel
- Publish a dedicated results weblink to monitor responses collected from a survey (good for reporting up).
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislikes largely revolve around how easy it is to accidentally delete data.
- When an existing survey is changed the collected data is lost (the use of prompts with suggestions on how to retain the existing data would be better)
- The data deletion buttons are very accessible and often highlighted with greater clarity than others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- As the platform is cloud based, staff providing data and monitoring input can work out of the office inc. at home. Reduced our reliance on hardware and are able to keep costs down.
- Typeform supports webhooks that are used to create summarised reports for customers and management teams,
- Typeform's ability to create a live online report means that for key surveys, elections and any other time dependent queries - senior management have a means to monitor results live without having to wait for dedicated reports to be generated. Reduce time to take action and improved the business agility.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
- Ability to move customer data collection operations into the cloud.
- Provide operational teams with an ability to collect and monitor data in the day-to-day.
- Setup up simple reports for distribution to senior management.
- Download results into Excel.

What do you like best about the product?
The manual building blocks are a very convenient way to get you started.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin / editing interface and its technical capabilities is limited. There is often very little visible feedback, meaning that you do not exactly see which block you are about to edit and if your form is very long, you also get annoying vertical "jumps", at least on macOS, meaning you switch for instance from editing a block to editing a logic jump and the focus of the admin interface "disappears", meaning it takes you to the end of the form and then you need to manually scroll above again. All in all, the editing capabilities are a bit limited. I would also love to see a way of integrating hyper links and adding custom fonts and design elements...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am Head of Product Support at Native Instruments GmbH, Berlin / Germany and we use Typeforms to provide tailored solution trees for specific technical symptoms that customers could phase.

What do you like best about the product?
It's pretty easy to use and has a nice layout. We use typeform instead of google forms :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Some more features would be nice like switch between languages inside the form itself. Also the connection with google drive is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using it mostly for customer surveys/ feedback.
