Typeform is an excellent resource for collecting information from our members
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to create custom surveys that people can quickly and easily fill out. I also like how the surveys you create can match the personality of your business- it's a fun product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface in creating the surveys can be a little confusing if you don't know the exact phrase the software wants you to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform allows us to gather information quickly and easily we wouldn't be able to get otherwise. It has great benefit to our team by allowing us to know our members better.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take some time and watch some youtube videos from experts. This product is more powerful than it might appear on the surface.
User friendly and looks nice
What do you like best about the product?
That it looks nice and makes it fun to complete a survey or a quiz
What do you dislike about the product?
The embedding to a HubSpot landing page. Makes you scroll in a window inside the window, which isn't really necessary. Too much white space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used it for a quiz during a marketing campaign, but will also use it for market research.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a visual girl, I love that typeforms always look good, on brand and work beautifully.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had a few issues with embedding but am mainly very satisfied.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about Typeform is that absolute delight that it gives users. It is the exact opposite of boring forms, it's unique and exciting. They have every question option you'll need, and they integrate with more platforms. I will always use Typeform!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that it is tricky to use it for multiple pages. There is a way to pull it off but I wish there was a more intuitive way to save if you have a multiple page form.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it for applications and lead magnets. As an educational institution, it provides us with the opportunity to give our potential students a wonderful first experience.
Fantastic for creating custom forms for customers
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to add questions and styles very easily within the tool - even without the pro version (which removes the watermark), the ability to customise the forms and add your own brand is fantastic. It has helped me with my role magnificently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new editor is a little awkward at times - it relies a lot on keyboard interactions, so sometimes pressing "enter" adds a new section when I didn't want to. I much preferred the previous editor, which was more intuitive. I dislike most of the new editor and wish we had the option to use the previous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to capture complex, but key information as part of the implementation of our SaaS product. Previously we used Word documents, which seemed old-hat. Typeform allows me to create engaging forms, along with supporting content, that allows our customers to provide the information quickly and easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is fantastic and makes form creation a breeze - the new editor is a bit clunky in my opinion, and I much preferred the old version, but the product still works well when you get the hang of the quirks that the new editor adds.

The beautiful and intuitive design, and the ease with which we can use it for application acceptance.

I wish we could review form submissions more thoroughly within Typeform.

We accept applications for our workshops, internships and fellowships on Typeform. The easy and clean design smoothens our application process and allows for customization that perfectly fits our aesthetic and brand.
Intuitive and problem solver
What do you like best about the product?
The versatility of the design, the adaptability of the tools and the ability to customize and humanize each form in a way is simply incredible. Here, we use Typeform in several company teams: HR, Operations, Marketing... it is great!

Really? I don't dislike anything. Typeform help us a lot!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding new employees became easier and now we can give a human touch to the process. In commercial and marketing campaigns, the design and customization of the form allowed a higher response rate. The number of respondents increased and we were able to achieve our goals with the forms.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and adopt. The customer service is responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are hard to find, and they are not colorful enough to catch the eyes.
