What do you like best about the product?
Aesthetically pleasing, can be easily embedded in emails, your site, etc. and has a million different uses!
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is super clunky and sometimes takes a while to load results if there are a lot of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Surveying users, NPS scores, collecting contact info, internal sentiment surveys, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The question by question approach makes completing online forms fun and easy for our users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The V2 form building interface could be better designed, but it's getting better by the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Here at the City of Victoriaville (Quebec, Canada), we use Typeform in all of our online services, from simple surveys to complex requests, and everything in between. Typeforms are easy to build and deploy, plus we save time by automatically sending submitted data to our other systems using Zapier.

What do you like best about the product?
Awesome product. Looks very professional to users submitting forms. Logic jumps work really well too. Brlliant that stripe integrates too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with Google Sheets has broken several times and we were unable to process leads and lost data too. Support didn't help despite numerous suggestions and requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Professional-looking lead generation and freelancer application process

The interface and ability to edit and integrate with apps.

It's sometimes a bit too simple and that makes it hard to do complex things with it.

We are solving the problem of our quiz and have realized that we don't need to use our ugly CRM forms to capture information.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy integration with other software. Intuitive method of building logic into questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
New version is not as clean visually or simple to navigate. Retrieving the data is cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for a digital checklist in Production (Quality Gate), Engineering Change Requests, Fleet Alerts, Client Surveys, and many other uses. Anyone can set up and maintain the Typeforms. Prevents us from building internal databases and workflow systems.

What do you like best about the product?
Okay, sure, it can get complicated if you have tons of different outcomes for your survey. But it is so awesome style-wise and in the way of customizability that it outweighs that complication. I love this platform and use it for ALL of my clients surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just that it can get a little complicated when it comes to having a lot of different outcomes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're getting tons of customer feedback as well as being able to lead capture so that we can retarget these people with email campaigns. I know a lot of services offer this but the ease and look of Typeform makes a true difference.

It's great, and you'll love it.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to integrate on my website to allow me to collect customer preferences in order to customize their orders

It can be a little tricky to add or delete questions from a form once it’s up and running

It allows me to easily collect customer data from my website or by sending a link to the customer

A Fantastic Alternative To Google Forms

What do you like best about the product?
I love the way we can totally customize the look and feel of almost everything here. I love how it's interactive and "Web 3.0" on mobile. It's just a beautiful product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The $30/month price tag will mean we will eventually cancel and resubscribe when we don't have surveys going on. I also don't like that you lose access to all information if you downgrade or close your account. Paying $30 to display already collected information seems repetitive. Maybe only when forms are open/
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
more user-friendly forms that work well on mobile and are engaging to the audience.
