So clean and beautiful!
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is so smooth and amazing! It is so so simple to use too! And, I love that you can easily track who has responded and view the results so easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that they limit the amount of choices ( I think up to 10) for the free version; wish I could have more options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great tool to send to a client to quickly and efficiently gauge the answers you need.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you can afford it, and use it enough I would pay for the PRO version. There is a lot more room for customization. But if you only need it once in awhile, the free version is still great! I have no complaints!
Great, versatile survey platform
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of manipulating question and answer formats is great. It also integrates flawlessly end-to-end with our app, from set up on our end to the end user who accesses the survey from one of our apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's sometimes jumpy when using the builder and scrolling quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Typeform to enable our customers to get meaningful, robust feedback from the attendees of their events. This is great for our customers which ends up benefitting our company.

Typeform is very intuitive, clean, and easy to use for our clients and applicants.

The one thing is sometimes I forget to connect my excel integration to the form, maybe have an alert show, or pop up if you want to integrate an app before leaving page?

We use Typeform to create engaging applications and forms that make people WANT to fill them out.

Our customers are mainly reading impaired people, so Typeform help them to fill the forms properly
The Best Survey Platform Ever
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform makes forms more conversational - the product flows naturally and moves in a way that seems to encourage responses at a much higher rate than competitors. It also allows for a much higher level of customization around questions. You can build full logic and decision trees to ensure that you get to the root of what you're looking for, no matter which way the submitter goes.
What do you dislike about the product?
While not as hard as something like Adobe, all the customization options do add a tiny bit of a learning curve, but it's worth it and doesn't get in the way of creating simple and beautiful forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to vet potential sales leads much more easily, gather customer feedback with less back and forth, and plan internal events with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, the interface is super clear, it's almost impossible to do something wrong. The look is super professional and the effort to achieve it is minimal. The features have increased a lot since I started using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more customization options. The number of fonts that can be used is very limited, as is the option to add images.
We use the option to upload content a lot, but since there is no type of compressor for photos or videos, many times we can't upload what we want.

We use Typeform to collect information in simple processes within our company's workflow. Additionally, at our clients' events, to collect information in a fun and professional manner.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have tried several products with this same promise and definitely typeform is the easiest to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is really easy to use, with a really nice look and feel, but for me, the most important thing is internal logic and calculations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not possible to include bullets, move images or add images as a result of a calculation, related to a number.

We are using it for online surveys and also to collect results from a game

At least try it, it is really easy to configure and to test.

We like the possibility to create really professional surveys that feel like conversations.

The form builder sometimes is not fluent and gets stuck.

We had the problem to create an amazing sign-up experience. We solved using Typeform.

Typeform is extremely user friendly and makes form creation easy. I love the wide variety of templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything that I dislike about the program. It's a very specialized program, but it does that job extremely well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the data input and storage problem. As a residential real estate office, we have a lot of people (recruits, agents from other offices, lenders etc.) come through our doors. We use typeform in order to stay in contact with these people and store their information in one place.
