Expensive for what it is and the support is minimal

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to create forms, and integrate them with other products
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is excessive for what it is worth, and why show premium features when you do not have access to them. Click them and you are brought to an upsell page. Support just copies and pastes responses from an faq.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to build forms quickly
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A lot of other products that are doing the same as Typeform but have better functionality IE Airtable

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a heavy user, with already 50.000 leads gathered with typeform. The logic jumps are really keen and the submission rate is really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The embedding functions don't give the best experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a lead generation business and if you want to use it for scans, quizzes, checks etc it's great. I have 50% submission rate with a 10 minutes on average completion time (50 questions!)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take it for a spin and see the leads coming in. Really intuitive and fun for the clients

What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is not only a form. When you fill it out you think you've done an amazing thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe adding the possibility to read more than 1 question per time.

Not a great deal honestly, it's pretty awesome. Would like some event specific features.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease to create a typeform and to get targeted feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain parts in the interface that don't work I have reported and are still not dealt with: 1) The close button when integrating it in your website, 2) the interface for creating the questions shoots up and down all the time, even if you try holding the scroll bar, 3) when trying to type type text in the notification settings, it jumps to other fields and overwrites them. These are very annoying, have been reported and I am wondering: have you actually tested it yourself?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting people to sign up for my classes.
Getting people's opinions on things that I need to understand my customers better.
Allowing people get in touch with me in a way they like "a nice and smooth questionnaire" that really works and they do...

If you want to create trusted smooth and enjoying experiences for your customers, do it with a Typeform.

A user friendly, lovely interface with a few limitations

What do you like best about the product?
When you want someone to fill out a survey, it's great to know they will have a pleasant time doing it and not be faced with an ugly, unfriendly interface.

Typeform also has some useful features such as logic and file uploads. Using Zapier, I connect it with multiple other tools in my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Typeform is fun and friendly but not ideal for more complex or advanced survey work. Things I'd like to see them add are user validation, custom URLs, and more complex logic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Typeform for a number of things, especially research screening, customer feedback, research waivers, and applications for our community.

I recommend Typeform regularly for its ease of use both for the survey creator and the end user.

Doesnt have the option to add new fonts in the forms.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is so smooth and amazing! It is so so simple to use too! And, I love that you can easily track who has responded and view the results so easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that they limit the amount of choices ( I think up to 10) for the free version; wish I could have more options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great tool to send to a client to quickly and efficiently gauge the answers you need.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you can afford it, and use it enough I would pay for the PRO version. There is a lot more room for customization. But if you only need it once in awhile, the free version is still great! I have no complaints!
