Just another form software
What do you like best about the product?
The forms look really good and are pretty easy to setup. The design is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think their free trial is very misleading and frustrating. It isn't clear that you're actually using the "premium" features. There's plenty of free form softwares out there for quick surveys. That's all I was looking for - a quick and easy survey to send to about 15 customers. I should have just used Google Forms.
While I'm sure TypeForm is great if you need a lot of really great designed forms. Or if you want very customized forms that match your brand, the design of these is great! But for what I was looking for, it was overkill and not worth it. I didn't realize I was going to have to pay for it... If you check their pricing page, they have a plan that is "FREE Forever and ever" - (that's the real description). It's free if you have less than 10 questions and less than 100 respondents. I created a form with 10 questions that I was sending to those 15 customers. In the end, I got charged for the first month. I asked their support for a refund and to downgrade me to the free plan. They wouldn't. It was really bad support. I had to pay to be able to see my responses during the trial period. Then immediately canceled. Overall, it felt like a misleading "free" plan and bad support, so I wouldn't recommend it.

Just be careful if you want to use the "free" plan for a small survey like I did. The design is really great, but I'm just using Google Forms in the future - Typeforms is misleading.
Actually easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The templates are really well-designed, and don't require much tweaking to still feel personalized to you and your business.

The free plan limits you to 10 questions in a survey.

We're able to present professional-looking surveys to our clients without resorting to a functional yet not aesthetically pleasing option like Google Forms.

It's a great option, both at the free and premium plan, for companies looking to give their surveys and forms a more professional sheen.

I can ask and request payment easily. i have created templates which I use for all of my events.

There is nothing I actually dislike. The only thing is that I would like an easier access to my data.

Great for quick surveys
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use of creating a survey and reviewing the data. I also love that I can turn on notifications to receive an email each time I get a new response - this is great when I am using Typeform as a sign-up form.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it is such a simple survey tool it is best only for short simple surveys and not complex surveys with lots of data analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Typeform is that they have made it possible to customize forms and surveys unlike any other tool on the market. At the same time they offer all the most important features needed in a survey tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it doesn't have a perfect integration with Intercom (there's no way to attribute answers back to users)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us send branded surveys and quizzes, so it's an important tool for us in doing research

The datamodel when you collect responses from their API could be improved. Tranforming results to go into a SQL system is always a pain.

The pricing can be expensive, but would definitely recommend it

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the ease of use. Wow, it has saved me so much time setting up lead forms, contact forms, surveys, and polls. The product is probably the best out there in terms of simplicity and beauty. Being a designer, I appreciate how beautiful typeforms are and they integrate into any website super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a way to make the visual multiple choice images larger or in 1 column. Other than that, there's not really anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spinning up Lead Gen campaigns quickly and beautifully. The data and visual reporting are very nice. There are also great integrations.

Take it for a spin and integrate it into your website. You will absolutely love it.

The best tool for survey
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of the service, the new design and also intelligent features such as logic jumps and calculations. I like the way it can be integrated with a website design (and the embed version)

I think the service is really great. Maybe I would love to have a way to easily turn off a form, maybe automatically with a timer

Typeform helps us to organize meetings, gather feedbacks from our users and can also be used to organize contests.

Easy to use, looks great, easy for users. The feel of the program is awesome!

The functionality of the forms and the logic could be better. I would like to see a better functionality for saving and cloning reports.
