Great for making cool, easy to use forms, maybe not as advanced to developers and super customized design. But easy for most projects.

What do you dislike about the product?
- When I had extensive data collection, I experienced some delay in the system to load or not being able to show the charts with data;
- The free very is very very limited, so if you want to experience it for real, it's better to go for the paid version. Gforms is better than the free version of typeform.

Typeform review
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is a great tool for giving out surveys. Because it has build in surveys that have a personalized feel to themselves it saves the user the time it takes to customize a survey. It is also possible to analyze the data pretty quickly as it is connected with softwares like google sheets
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer support is not reliable. Also one thing that can be annoying is that the default includes the typeform branding that has to he turned off manually every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform has helped me gather survey reports and analyze them quickly. We have recruited new people by asking potential candidates questions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a very easy to use and is value for money. The tool is great to collect responses and analyzing them
Good, but too expensive for how complicated it is to use
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform has a great UI, at least for the people who will end up taking your survey. Simple surveys that go from question 1 to question 10, with few complications (if this, then that) work excellently and look beautiful. They say it has a "gorgeous, smooth interface that keeps people engaged" and that's true.
What do you dislike about the product?
It fails to make using its more advanced features accessible to the survey maker. In order to effectively use certain features, specifically Logic Jump, you basically have to be a programmer, and you might as well break out pen and paper to draw everything out, because the interface isn't friendly towards complex choices. For example, let's say you have a multiple choice quiz. If all you want is to grade their answers (if this, add 3 points to their final score), then it's easy. But if you want something that's truly interactive (e.g. if they get this wrong, follow up with one or two questions to make it easier to determine *why* they got it wrong) then everything goes to pot. I made a fairly simple "personality quiz"-type survey, with 8 multiple outcomes and their workaround for scoring it amounted to my having to create my own chart that looked like this: 10011, 10010, 01100 or 01001 = workaholic; 00110, 00101, 00001 or 10000 = rock; 10001, etc...
In other words, if you want something *simple* and pretty, use Typeform. But don't be fooled into thinking you'll be able to gather more than that.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed information about new hires before training (so I could customize it properly) and to receive feedback from them after they had completed (so I could see whether and how training was effective... or not). The biggest problem I had was that I only had their attention for a short time, and getting people to actually fill out a questionnaire was difficult. Typeform enabled me to meet them where they were - on a laptop or a smartphone - and make it *easy* for them to give me the information I needed. Surveys were optional, but feedback skyrocketed from less than 25% to more than 60% when I started using Typeform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for something *simple* and pretty, that's easy to use for the *end user*, go with Typeform. If you want something with more under the hood, be prepared to spend a lot of time at the whiteboard figuring out how to jerry rig what you need out of it, because Typeform isn't designed for that, whatever their marketing may try to tell you.
Fast data acquisition
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use, also by editing my typeforms they look very professional
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it works a bit slow, like 30 seconds to load a screen
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting key data for my business, it makes it fast and trustworthy
Elegant, Simple, Affordable
What do you like best about the product?
Unlike other services this is simple without being boring.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting functionality lacks a bit. I would prefer the system allow for a report that included the free form responses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used this to get feedback from our beta testing teams and for general marketing surverys
Typeform has great UI, not for more advanced studies.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Typeform is the constant scroll feature. It gives a very simple UI for the type of surveys we distribute.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scroll feature has also proven negative feature - potential survey respondents usually do a quick scroll to the bottom of the survey and we are worried they could be influenced to not complete the survey/change their responses based on this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform helps us conduct basic research by distributing surveys to clients.
Excellent
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity in this tool is the best. Also the appearance is quite good
What do you dislike about the product?
It is complicated to integrate with another apps
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To know every user
Include photos in your survey questions
What do you like best about the product?
For simple surveys, it is no cost and allows photos as part of the answer in question opinions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Typeform is too easy and straightforward to dislike anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When ideating on marketing ideas, it often requires creative input. Typeform allows the option to view graphics - this is a time saver not having to hold meetings or creative slide presentations to get feedback. Display a graphic, get a vote. Done.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to add graphics to answer options, this is a good choice for you.
Just another form software
What do you like best about the product?
The forms look really good and are pretty easy to setup. The design is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think their free trial is very misleading and frustrating. It isn't clear that you're actually using the "premium" features. There's plenty of free form softwares out there for quick surveys. That's all I was looking for - a quick and easy survey to send to about 15 customers. I should have just used Google Forms.
While I'm sure TypeForm is great if you need a lot of really great designed forms. Or if you want very customized forms that match your brand, the design of these is great! But for what I was looking for, it was overkill and not worth it. I didn't realize I was going to have to pay for it... If you check their pricing page, they have a plan that is "FREE Forever and ever" - (that's the real description). It's free if you have less than 10 questions and less than 100 respondents. I created a form with 10 questions that I was sending to those 15 customers. In the end, I got charged for the first month. I asked their support for a refund and to downgrade me to the free plan. They wouldn't. It was really bad support. I had to pay to be able to see my responses during the trial period. Then immediately canceled. Overall, it felt like a misleading "free" plan and bad support, so I wouldn't recommend it.

Collecting customer answers
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just be careful if you want to use the "free" plan for a small survey like I did. The design is really great, but I'm just using Google Forms in the future - Typeforms is misleading.
