Amazing!

What do you like best about the product?
I used Typeform as a registration platform for a camp we had and it worked flawlessly. The way it connected to Google Sheets was so useful for me. Previously, I had to copy and paste all the responses from another website. All of our campers were able to register easily and no one had any problems figuring out the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything I disliked about Typeform. The only suggestion I would make would be to allow for an automatic finish after the last question instead of having to create another slide that says submit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a software that connected with Google Sheets and was intuitive for our campers to sign up. We are solving the problem of organization.

Amazing tool for surveys

What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is the perfect alternative for solutions to create surveys and customized forms.

Nice look and feel, easy to use with freemium model. Is able to be used by different departments inside of a company and offers the possibility to process payments through the forms (is already integrated with stripe).
What do you dislike about the product?
Some problems of interactivity using a +PRO plan, could be confused to manage several users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Surveys with customers, partners.
-Online purchases.
-Book meetings and visits

Easy surveys

What do you like best about the product?
Drag n drop the elements to create a great survey. You have all the basic tools to create the most needed, and simple examinations of your targeted audience. Any answer can be directly imported into a Google Spreadsheet and then shared with the team. Google Analytics integration is very helpfull.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you want some more advanced statistical methods, you need to find another tool. I was looking for MaxDiff analysis and couldn't do in Typeform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to solve some customer satisfaction and to figure out how are they using our product. Some basic voting for A or B variant, or some deeper answers like their habits.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think that this is the easiest tool for any kind of basic surveys.

What do you like best about the product?
Typeform has AMAZING customer service! They respond almost immediately and are always a huge help. They are also continuously improving their site to make it easy to use and add new functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
When they switched to a new form editor it took some getting used to, but it was pretty intuitive and I was able to pick it up relatively quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Typeform for retreat applications, grant applications, registration forms, and collecting information like dietary information for staff trips.

What do you like best about the product?
I love everything about it! It’s so user friendly and it looks so professional.

I would love to see a tutorial. As a first timer it was a little tricky at first.

What do you like best about the product?
Customizability. It's so easily themable to fit in with any brand and looks and works great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model, it's quick to jump from a free plan to a paid plan which has quite a cost attached to it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've used it for many things, but most commonly user feedback and the way to capture feedback and then report/analyse it after is a breeze with Typeform
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out, they offer a free plan where you can create forms with up to 10 questions and up to 100 responses I believe. It's so easy to try, there's no reason you can't evaluate it yourself in a matter of minutes!

Sleek, mobile friendly-forms; VERY slow to fix problems

What do you like best about the product?
There is a wide variety of easy and aesthetically-pleasing templates. The forms are very mobile/web friendly — people can very smoothly and efficiently make their way through the form.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very very slow to fix issues. There was a bug preventing the mobile version of my forms from working properly. I was told by customer service that they submitted a ticket to the tech team. All in all my wait time was a month and a half for them to tell me that I should check with my web production team on trying a few things to see if those tactics will fix it.. A month and a half of my forms not working properly, and the next steps were for my team to look into if something was wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very easy to create aesthetically-pleasing forms using our branding and creative assets, without having to bother product team and tech to build something in house.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you are working closely with web production to test forms on your site well before you need to push one live in case you have problems with how the are being implemented, which may take a while to fix (I had to wait a month and a half for help with a technical issue).

Pretty Forms

What do you like best about the product?
The forms you can create actually look well designed and it is very easy to use. It saves time when reviewing responses.

Being able to export into multiple formats has made analysis of those responses easier.

The quality of the forms (actually having a pleasant appearance is huge) for ensuring that people actually provide the feedback we are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pro plan is fairly expensive (for being a form service) though it seems it is in line with other pro plans for similar providers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting feedback from our clients, especially in regards to what they need most and their biggest concerns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great form system. It is easy to use though the pro features are a bit pricey.
