Great tool, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is very intuitive, you don't need much tutorial or learning period to use. It is easy to customize for your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The design options could improve, we often struggle to find a background which does not damage readability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to survey our membership in a weekly base. It is super easy to integrate with out tools such as airtable which helps our work a lot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Super easy, free tool for surveying and data collection. Typeform is easy integrate and automate. Definitely recommend!
From external surveys to internal tools...
What do you like best about the product?
The customizability, user experience (both editor and customer), the if-this-then-this triggers and the embeddability.
What do you dislike about the product?
The form builder can be a little cumbersome and slow; as can the results viewer, especially if you have thousands of results like me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform enables us to have a simple form builder for internal processes e.g. booking form and surveys AND create an embeddable call to action forms for our website.

What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is an easy and usefull tool for questionaries, forms and other types of search. In my point of view is the best there is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations with other platforms could improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
General researches and evaluation forms in a fast and objective way.
Forms revamped (finally!)
What do you like best about the product?
Forms were stranded in the past until Typeform arrived, it's easy to manage and efficient to connect with any data source.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it's not free, but it's not expensive either :)

Fast forms creation with an amazing user experience. Faster than doing them by ourselves.

Easy to implement, give a try to the free version

I love being able to do branching surveys and other complex interactions. So much awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Removing branding is a bit of a price jump...but I can understand that.

Monitoring engagement every session. Quick improvements.

Typeform allows me to do some ergonomic, simple and minimalist forms et surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the moment, nothing. It's a great tool, but it can be solved with a French version !

Problems of communications. I've realized a lot of reviews and reporting thanks to this tool.

The system does not allow me to move my surveys to other type form data bases with drag and drop technology

Typeform offers an engaging experience to those filling out forms, and an easy-to-use interface for the form builder.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functions are difficult to figure out, but their support articles and forums are useful.

It is super intuitive to use and doesn't take long to fully master how to best use it for marketing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I can think of here, apart from it would be great if other types of questions could be embedded within emails as opposed to a 1-10 answer scale.
