What do you like best about the product?
The UX has been well studied and it’s user friendly. Pleople joe love our surveys!
What do you dislike about the product?
It has some problems on responsive backgrounds. Do not use any figurative images. Works best with abstract.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Is fri believe than google forms, so people love it!

What do you like best about the product?
We use type form for internal survey needs as well as some external quick feedback. It's easy to set up, replicate and export results
What do you dislike about the product?
Type form is about as simplistic as it gets, so some of the reporting isn't as robust as I would appreciate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Survey, data collection. The ease of use to set up is a benefit when time is so valuable on our team.

the best thing i like about typeform is their option of dragging and drooping that makes the cutomization looks very easy and simple.

I had no issue with typeform it works fine for me.

What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly easy to use and set up while being a great value add to your website.

Free version only supports 10 questions.

I used to do google forms for a lead capture for prospective clients, this makes my website look more professional and get the info I need

What do you like best about the product?
- Simple to create surveys
- Encourages a "relaxed" survey style, keeping questions casual and closer to a real conversation
- Looks beautiful
- Customizable to company branding so looks seamless to the survey taker

- Not the most sophisticated survey design capability
- Most functions I needed (and would be needed fo real business use) require higher level payment plans

Simple way to have external partners tell us more about themselves. Still in testing phase

If your priority is design (with less complex surveys), this is the right choice!

Elegant Design and Easy to Use Surveys

What do you like best about the product?
I use Typeform to survey a database of more than 4,000 names. The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. If you've never designed a survey before, it can't get easier. Background customization allows for your unique branding, which is quite different from some other companies, like Google Forms (which we also use occasionally). Surveys can have branching, which is conditional questioning based on the response of previous answers. Results are automatically rendered in visually with ready-to-print charts. Raw data can be manipulated and culled using the spreadsheet function. And if you loved a survey you already built, simply duplicate it with the click of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
Typeform is really robust and beginning users will find some of the more advanced settings difficult. Occasionally, I've had to go to Google and search for a "how to" on specific features instead of having the question/answer pop-up that often accompanies software these days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our constituents have a lot of information about the effectiveness of the products we're generating. What's more, we find they are quick to share their perspective which asked. We wanted to have a platform that would allow us to develop a series of short surveys that would, over time, generate key insights into product effectiveness. The shorter the survey, the higher the response rate. And we love the ease of duplicating surveys from one month to another, or even splitting a list to see if survey variance gets different results.

Very engaging forms

What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is just beyond great. It is one of the best form builders. It is super easy to use and intuitive, the forms look so great and they are so engaging. I cannot say enough good things about them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think about anything I really dislike. Probably the pricing. I think the tool is a little bit overpriced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The engaging. It is difficult to have a very engaging tool for forms. We have to be honest, forms are really boring, but not typeform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want a form that is easy to use. This is the best way to do it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of Typeform and how it can be used across different platforms. I also like how easy it is for people to fill out the form.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think more features are needed. I would love to have the ability to calculate scores based on categories. The calculator is not sophisticated enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We collect surveys results from Typeform. We use it for our schools and our districts. It is a great tool to collect data and have a great way to display it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Typeform is a great tool to use for collecting data. It is very intuitive and easy to follow. IT is also great on mobile devices as questions progress one at a time. It is important to learn a few tricks by reading some of the articles in their help and support page.

What do you like best about the product?
it's a very streamlined and simple experience, but still has sophisticated survey capabilities on the admin side.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the UX can be a bit limiting. I would like for us to sometimes display the whole survey at once, but that's not how Typeform is set up - you go question by question
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're automating getting some information for our partners, and we do our post-purchase survey on typeform (we are an e-commerce company)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Integrate it with Slack! This is a huge help for us

Forms without limits

What do you like best about the product?
Without a doubt, what I like most about Typeform is the graphical interface that forms have once they are finished. There is nothing like the ease of use for the end user.
Also the logical jumps, which make the forms much more dynamic. Another good thing about Typeform is that the whole process of creating a form and customizing it completely to your liking is very simple. In addition, web integrations are very quick to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Irremediably, what I don't like are the big limitations of the free version with respect to the premium version. I believe that the logical jumps is the holy grail of the Typeforms and the premium price is high to justify this expense.
Another of the things I don't like about Typeform is the limitations in terms of the number of questions that can be asked in the free version. I think they are few for any medium / advanced use. Finally, there is something that I do not like, and that is that the customization is good but sometimes it falls a little short.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that I have been able to solve with Typeform are those related to giving my potential clients a quick solution to contact me, without writing boring data. Nor do they see a boring form with the fields name, email, message ...
I have also been able to create a quick form so that the potential clients of my website can send files or screenshots in a simple and transparent way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend assessing if they really need to use the premium version if they are medium / advanced users, as the free version has many limitations.
