Awesome Quiz Builder for Campaigns!
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform has made building quizzes/questionnaires such an asset to my team. It has such a minimalistic feel to it and its logic building has been simplified that I was able to create what I needed on my own. We routinely use Typeform to build questionnaires to improve ROI and customer retention.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Typeform gave more flexibility to styling. It looks great as is but after using it so much, I wish we were able to modify more and customize it to suit our different clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Leads love taking short quizzes and questionnaires so incorporating that with major campaigns just adds another element to use for lead generation as well as giving us additional information to create a personalized follow-up.

What do you like best about the product?
Typeform creates some of the most visually appealing forms & surveys I've ever seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were easier to make personality quiz style surveys on this platform.

Typeform allows us to collect registration and other sign-up data in a way that is easy for users.

What do you like best about the product?
Their new interface for building and viewing the survey logic is top-notch. Moreover, their integration with Stripe allows us to test things quickly, inclusive of someone's willingness to pay.
I've been able to accomplish a lot with typeform. Surveys, online application flows, internal evaluation forms, and product order forms. It is spectacular. Highly recommend.

It is hard to falt this Typeform. It is my favourite surveying tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The program shows in a dynamic and easy way how to create questionnaires, surveys and forms giving you a series of options to configure them to your desired, which gives it a didactic appearance and a very attractive look for users who fill them out. Collecting data through surveys makes filling in these a fun and very enjoyable experience, and this is definitely something Typeform has achieved. It allows the collection of comments, analysis of responses, management of surveys, as well as various templates that serve as a starting point to start creating your content depending on the topic you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of customization options in certain parts of the edition of the surveys, this can become a problem if you are looking to create something really unique and that stands out above what other competitors do and thus give it a greater and attractive exposi your brand, company or product. The fact that you have limits on the amount of images or animations per question is a great disappointment since this kind of thing is what takes away the engaging that you can achieve with the people who take the surveys. The graphical interface at times loses that level of intuition that you should maintain throughout the process of creating and managing your work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in company that want to advertise their products or brands in a unique and fast way, so the use of this tool has helped us to accelerate in a dynamic way and entertaining the workload that they have without sacrificing the quality of the final work. It allowed us to integrate our working group, which is very useful in a company like us where our team constantly contributes ideas and are applied in a dynamic way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a tool that has the creation capacity of surveys, questionnaires, in a didactic way, offering functionalities and various creation options, as well as implementations of different applications within a single platform, then Typeform is what you're looking for. It has a rich number of different types of templates, inserting videos from external applications such as YouTube, multiple options of responses, among many others that allow any user to design and program in a simple and entertaining way.

When trying to created a form with a more complex design, it was very difficult to get it right in different screens resolutions

Making forms in minutes, thus, getting fast feedback from clients, or getting fast registrations.

Nothing really. I could use a bit more functionality, specifically around logic jumps, to build more complex typeforms

Typeform offers an incredibly slick, clean, intuitive and customisable user experience for our customers.
It provides no less for us, the users, allowing us to create beautiful forms which collect meaningful data, and providing excellent tools and interfaces with which we can analyse the data.

It's hard to find a fault with the software. It has occasionally been unreliable with server problems, but this has only happened briefly twice and was rectified quickly

We use Typeform to gather data from both B2B and B2C customers, as well as our own staff.
Easy to make personalized surveys
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the options you have to personalize the questions and answers and the very different types of questions. Also, it gives to the survey a more professional look than other platforms, being able to personalize every aspect such as fonts, colors, so you can follow the brand image perfectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
When personalizing the design of the survey the back image changes depending on the monitor you use or if you see it on your phone. I think the image on the background should be fixed and not change depending on the factors that I mentioned above.

Much more personalized surveys, good graphics about the results, great integration with google sheets to have all the results details. From my experience people are more willing to fill in a survey in Typeform than in other platforms.

Typeform the alternative for creating online forms and surveys
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is a good tool for creating forms and surveys in an easy and unique way, giving us the opportunity to customize everything you want and thus give a more attractive touch to your work without falling into the monotony of long and boring forms. The fact that you don't have to download anything since it is a totally online tool is very practical, it offers a lot of templates to design and customize if you wish, it offer templates for survey and questionnaire, quiz templates, online invitations among many others good examples.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things that i found very disappointing was the limitation of ten questions per form in its free version, something that is a little extreme, there should be a better balance between the functionalities offered by the free version with the paid version. Although there is an option to upload your forms to your website using HTML code, it does not allow you to edit the forms in this language for things like inserting a video or image, as well as a limitation of uploading only one video or image per question.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform has been my main ally for the realization of my work. Boosting my ability of creation and organization of projects which is very important for my due to my busy schedule and delivery dates. The ability to grant access to different people of interest is very useful to me as i can send my advances to my bosses for their review and suggestions allowing me to work smoothly with constant feedback with my employers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Typeform is a very competitive tool for creating forms, it gives us many options to have answers and collect data that interests you in an efficient and dynamic way, which gives a feeling of joy and approval for the users who are filling the forms. In addition to having the freedom to organize your ideas as you prefer, different creation options are available but a little limited due to not being able to edit forms using HTML, something that i would not care so much about due to the variety of pre-designed templates which can meet your general needs.
promote team inclusion + engagement
What do you like best about the product?
We work hard to promote fun, inclusion, creativity and engagement in our office. Typeform helps us with all of that. Whether it be a new company initiative we want feedback on, a vote on new incentives or picking a date for company happy hour - I can make a Typeform in minutes and see results filter in realtime.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes a little bit of clicking around to get the lay of the land and find out how to use the tool to the fullest, but nothing too intense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have realized that our team is always eager to give an opinion and lend a hand in a decision. When they feel a part of that process, they feel highly regarded and a part of the bigger picture here.
