Typeform Really Stands Out
What do you like best about the product?
I love how fluid Typeform is for people to complete a form or survey. It is quick and easy for both the creator and user.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more options and features that other form builders don't have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospects and clients completing forms, apps, and surveys. We have a higher rate of completion because of how easy it is for our audience to complete forms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Typeform is best for those with really long forms or want a user experience that is better than a basic form.
Using Typeform for Performance Survey
What do you like best about the product?
I love the user-interface and user-experience of typeform. The different types of questions available to pick from whether it be short answer, multiple choice etc. helps in the ease of use for the form creater.
What do you dislike about the product?
Typeform is still lacking in terms of date selection for bookings etc. It would greatly benefit from a calendar design date picking function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform is a great platform to send beautiful surveys for analyzing data. The Slack integration is also perfect for keeping track and notifying this data collection process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for an easy way to build surveys and collect data, Typeform is perfect.
The survey software for design-eyed people
What do you like best about the product?
Creating a survey in Typeform can be finicky, but it's worth it for the beautiful UI that it comes with! MUCH more customizable, user-friendly, and pretty compared to SurveyMonkey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating and editing questions can get confusing. Hoping this process gets a little more user-friendly in the future, but again, worth it.

We use Typeform to survey customers in a way that feels consistent with our website and branding.
Good Survey Product
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Typeform is a more flexible way to gather information/data than other platforms available. You can collect various types of data from survey questions all the way to video uploads. I feel that it is a great use of technology and customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Typeform doesn't allow many features with their free membership. They also don't allow a trial period of their more advanced features which I would have found helpful. Their website and dashboard are easy to use but the data collected is difficult to organize. I would need to export my survey answers and then organize them in a way that I needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data collection and feedback from employees. Specifically I was looking to use a platform that would allow employees to upload a video and this was one of the only programs that would allow for this type of submission. I have realized that while helpful in the type of data that can be uploaded, the ease of use and features are not that much better than other platforms available.

What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is very user-friendly and offers every variety of question you might want to ask. It also allows skip logic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Took forever to reach a live person to ask a questions. It's a little cumbersome to personalize emails, but otherwise everything is very simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform allowed us a quick and easy way to send surveys and get immediate results.

Typeform is my go-to for lead gen forms, personalized quizzes for customer acquisition, and customer/product feedback surveys
Finally a Form system that is works for designers.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the aesthetics and the personality of the product. Typeform gets great responses because it allows and even encourages my personality to come out in the form. This makes me much more likely to get responses from clients. Especially clients I have had for a while.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think as they continue to improve their UX there will be more options for customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to get more feedback from clients without bogging ourselves down with person to person interviews. Typeform makes this possible. Also We use it to gather information from retainer clients for upcoming projects.

Its a beautiful interface, and it integrates easily to google sheets so don't be afraid to start using type form.

Most User friendly survey/forms
What do you like best about the product?
For the person filling in the form, TypeForm is the most intuitive and beautiful I have used to date. Backend and creation is also simple and intuitive. Good Embedding tools that work correctly 98% of the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited types of questions and data to be extracted. This is not the most versatile data collection platform. User friendliness is priority here rather than niche question and data typesets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Get the highest amount of completed survey/forms. If its beautiful and easy to complete a form, you will get more responses. Price is not too expensive for the features.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it knowing it is not the most data heavy or scientific oriented product, yet with typeform you will probably get the highest number of completed forms. Just more inviting for your users.
