Great tool for creating surveys and forms
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is very intuitive, easy to use, you can set questions based on the content (long or short text, links, open ended or close ended questions).
I also enjoy using the fact that it gives you visual choices already created by Typeform itself, so that your surveys are also good-looking.

What do you dislike about the product?
Logic jumps are sometimes hard to handle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I create surveys and forms in a very easy and fast way. I also make them appealing for users to complete.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool basically gives us all the advantage of making different kinds of layouts. We can sketch forms for education, work like business dealings, company interactions, customers services and applications for job purposes with already made templates for such goals and aim. A person can use all kinds of tools and techniques to create fun surveys and share it with audience he is dealing with . Report regarding surveys can be checked in no time and corrections can also be made regarding the mistakes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Typeform does not allow the feature of putting a picture or any kind of file transfer on survey forms and documents. Link sometimes doesn't work properly and helds back. Responses about the questionnaire disappears and working level is reduced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool corresponds with all kinds of questions that are in tunnel and provides tools for them to gather and become a whole package. Online feedback collection can be done through this tool which kind of put professionals at ease with proper time and schedule to work on .

I approve this tool because it can be used for any work and field with solving queries about anything and efficient data collection.

What do you like best about the product?
Typeform allows us to convert documents into forms that we can then customize. It has many different form templates that are reloaded to choose from. This has saved me so much time while still allowing me to create professional looking forms. Typeform is easy to be used on a daily basis because it has many useful features that could work for the best performormance in mobile workforce productivity. I can create a form and distribute it to my stakeholders to ask for new features and feedback without any kind of effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Typeform raises concerns and creates difficulties when we create the different forms with this software. It's an amazing tool but with little documentation and we cannot manage our tasks and execute the surveys installation in a perfect way. It doesn't provide smart hooks into different collaboration software system because all of its different features can be confusing and the new users cannot manage this platform in an easier way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform is a good option for any document and form management and for any type of business companies. I feel it is a great option to keep any business information secure. Typeform manages to find solutions in an easy way and it can be used with other digital enterprises. The main purposes that I use it have to quickly create and edit forms. I can update anything in easy steps in case we need to add or change clients database and to collect digital signatures.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the forms makes it easy to use in many different cases. The conditional logic is powerful and helps collect the right data from clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data export is not the best. It doesn't allow you to export the data with ease.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this in a few different cases - we send it to clients for post event surveys, we've used it for lead collection. The best use is for post event surveys, where we collect data from clients on how events went. The conditional logic allows us to ask variable questions, and can get testimonials and more detailed data if clients choose to share more.
Most aesthetic survey software I've ever used.
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform end-user experience is outstanding! The way the graphics flow from question to question is so satisfying. The ability to customize these surveys is great, and it's so easy to use. Our clients seem to love them, and we've had superb feedback from staff members when using it internally. I also periodically download data on responses which provide very valuable insights for us. Some of my favourite features are: logic jumps (the customization is just brilliant), and variety of question types, and the ability to store and download the results of the surveys easily. I had initially built out a Zap for our responses, but once we jumped to the paid version I didn't really need them anymore - that being said, Typeform is super easy to integrate into other tools. This software has everything I could ask for and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike in particular. The customer service is OK but I never really have to contact anyone about anything so it's honestly not a big deal at all. It's just way too simple to use, and there's really nothing bad I could say about this software. I would absolutely never switch to anything else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a reliable way to gather and store key information on our clients. We're also able to produce actionable items from the results of the surveys as well. It also enhances our clients' experience, and reinforces trust in our brand. Speaking of brand - we're able to brand our typeform surveys with our own colours, logo, and backgrounds with just a click of a few buttons.

You won't regret it. So easy to use I didn't even need to browse the support pages much.

I value and acknowledge the full assistance that Typeform offers to us, when it comes on the collection of the information concerning our company, and setting up the procedures which we can undertake.
What do you dislike about the product?
We see significant efforts made by the developer of Typeform, and since we all want to learn more from the tool, we continue to give it a chance to exploit its potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Besides the information collection, Typeform has an online form builder, which means, a company can develop a questionnaire which the company can answer. Also, the quick loading ability of Typeform increases the chances of correct decisions.

There is adequate features from Typeform, which helps in collection of information, anytime we wnat to use the software.

The support, sometimes they give you a support URL for answer your questions. I can find it without help, I need someone who answer my questions, I don't need that they give me a link of a help blog

We replaced our automated communications with customers with typeform. It has allowed us to personalize our communications to all our segments with one form. Rather then maintaining multiple versions.

What do you dislike about the product?
The multi-entry option is not available for adding links and uploading images type of questions. This would have been super useful instead of prompting one question each for every entry. This can reduce the friction by a great extent

One of the good survey tools available in the market. Try out with the their trial version and free templates. If your employees find it easy to use and fill then you can send it to your customers

The development of research is an easy task to execute, as this program has the ability to customize the content to meet the needs of the product or company, providing a new, attractive, and fun appearance so that no easy-to-use work is necessary. Because it is a web-based program, it removes the need to upload an executable and deal with download process failures, making it much more accessible to any client with a browser and internet connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is not one of the best, they do not offer the right solutions, and it gives the impression that some of their agents do not know what they are talking about, so my experience with them was not satisfactory at all. The free version of the app has significant limitations in its features, an expected behavior, of course, but with some functions that if they are available for free in other similar software, a little flexibility in this one could offer greater usability for users who are unable to opt for a paid plan.

I am a content creator and have a series of important clients, so being efficient and meeting strict deadlines is of utmost importance to me. By incorporating Typeform into my toolkit, I have been able to demonstrate a substantial increase in the performance of the projects I work on, offering me a variety of features for creating online forms that fully help me design.

Thanks to its varied features, the user can find all the options they feel they can build the content they want and fully meet the needs of their company. They will be responsible for lifting the past burden of creating templates because they have a rich list of different categories that eliminates the need to start from scratch, making the customization and development process a simple task.
