Super simple and easy to gather info
What do you like best about the product?
I love how clean the layout is. The forms aren't flashy, so they're perfect if you need info but don't have time to spend on design. The form looks great on-screen and is easy to share.
What do you dislike about the product?
The forms move quickly since you can navigate using your keyboard. I'd recommend making *required questions abundant in case people accidentally hit enter a few times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great resource and I enjoy sharing forms this way! It's a nice break from Google Forms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make questions required, use an intro, leave an option for "other thoughts"
Great Tool because it's powerful and easy ! But it would need some additional design features.

It's easy and quick to set up. The marketing features are great and we mainly use it to get leads.

The design features are too simple and all the forms look more or less the same at the end.

When you need a quick and easy form to set up on your website or to send via e-mail, no question asked, we use typeform. You can esaily connect it to your e-mail provider and build your automation marketing sequence.
Typeform is an amazing form/survey builder with amazing user experience and attractive interface.

The user experience makes it easy to create forms and the user interface is very attractive for people to fill.

It can get complex sometimes especially when adding questions and putting multiple/optional options

I use Typeform to create forms, I used it a lot last year and it helps with giving a professional feel to your forms and questionnaire.

Sometimes, depending on the type of surveys we conduct, these can be a bit time consuming to set up.

The colors,the options to poll,templates as well as options to make it my own with my own logos.

Questionnaires and polls are fabulous,I love how i can brand myself with it.

Typeform is pretty visually pleasing, especially in the builder section. The builder does a great job showing how to piece together your survey/form so you know exactly what kind of data you want to gather, information to share, etc.
It's widely accessible; people can as easily see and use them on their phones (the mobile web view is sleek and comfortable) as well as computers or laptops.
Data extraction is easy, and viewing details ranging from answers to how many times the form has been opened and not completed are all very helpful in analyzing not only data, but effectiveness of completion of the form.
The workspaces feature is also helpful, as it can give good separation for working on different projects with different users/departments.

The amount of things you can do in Typeform is great, but at first, it can be a lot to take in and can seem pretty complicated. With continued use, this becomes less of a problem.

Typeform is great for gathering opinions and data, which is the most obvious. The fact that you can extract the code to embed a Typeform survey in an email is also very helpful.
One of the most unique ways I've seen it used is as a combination curriculum and survey tool, with each "step" in the survey giving direction on discussion based questions to lead while still leaving room for feedback at the end.

Familiarize yourself with what you can do to the fullest extent. There are many options here, and you don't want to miss out on one tool's better use than another's simply by not knowing how well the program can work.

I have not disliked anything so far in typeform. it is very easy and fun to use

We are able to get better insights from our users and it's best for conducting surveys
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't think twice before using typeform. it's ease to use and the templates and UI are very refreshing. You will never think about any other software after using this.

What do you like best about the product?
The forms are powerful with some great features like conditional logic. We use the forms to make our sign up forms conversational and human. The integrations are good too, though they have broken a few times. Also love how easy it is to add the forms to websites.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is too much downtime. The forms are critical to our website so when they stop working, this costs us money and customers. Today for example, the forms went down for 2 hours. Customer support told me that their average back in February was 98%, which is 14 hours of downtime in a month. They've told me they're going to address this, so I'm hopeful it will improve. Given the premium price charged, I do expect better.
