Intuitive and Simple!
What do you like best about the product?
We love how easy it is to build quite complex forms without having to code or think too hard. The user friendly interface on both ends is brilliant and we regularly have clients comment on how simple our forms can be and how user friendly they are
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to incorporate more images into the forms and create a more cohesive or "fully designed" form would be great, but not total gamechangers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complex logic based forms are simple to build and simple to execute for a customer resulting in more engaged users, less drop-outs and high uptake
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I looked at pretty much everything on the market and found this to be super simple, easy to implement, embed on sites, etc.. Typeform in my opinion is also good value for money (only issue I have is paying in USD vs. AUD which would be more static for our budgeting)
A form that's NOT a google form!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the user experience. The visual flow is a great way to break up the work day and make forms/surveys enjoyable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The templates are great, but hard to mold into what I need them to be, while starting from scratch can take too much time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessibility and adherence. They embed well into our knowledge management system which makes them more accessible and (qualitatively) more employees are adherent.
Top notch tool, seamless user experience
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is a power tool that allows me to create awesome appealing surveys, forms, quizzes etc. Its minimal UX, allows me infinite ways to setup, create and publish robust surveys and forms with the speed-of-light. Analytics also are amazing. Been using it in several projects as must-have tool in new websites.Overall I love Typeform, by the pound, can't get enough of it. Kudos!
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version could have been less branded, as many of my clients often say. But Typeform really works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform offers customization that makes forms, surveys, quizzes etc, unique especially for those who are taking the survey, fill the form or quizz. My data show me higher level of engagement and less bounce rate, when using Typeform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Typeform is super easy. It does honestly have the smallest learning curve to learn how to use it. I have recommended, implemented and set it up to more than 50 websites. It's really easy.
Interactivity is the key
What do you like best about the product?
It gives audience a sense of friendliness when being asked about the survey.
What do you dislike about the product?
The speed of the processing time can be improved but it is still awesome!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The interaction with our audience is becoming more fun and the responses received are meaningful and full of insight. The interface of Typeform I believe has changed the way my audience interacts with a survey.

Typeform is easy to use and my clients love the forms. I highly recommend it to everyone!

I love that the clients that have used one of my Typeforms have always mentioned how easy and effortless the process of both booking a session and paying for a session was for them through the platform.

I can't think of anything I don't like about Typeform.

I've been able to generate more leads thanks to Typeform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For those considering Typeform, I'd say to give it a shot. I don't regret joining the platform at all. I've definitely seen a difference between when I wasn't using Typeform to now. It makes the booking process so incredibly easy for my clients. They love that, and that is really important to me.
Best-in-class form and survey platform
What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly easy to use, both from the perspective of someone creating a form/survey and the end-user. Forms and surveys always look very professional—a much better option than Google Forms or any similar product I've tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say there's anything I dislike; certainly, there are features that I would like—such as mutually-exclusive and "all of the above" answer types—but overall I'm very happy with the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for all internal feedback surveys and CSAT—their email & Google Sheets integrations are incredibly useful and have allowed me to streamline workflows and improve the quality of internal and external reporting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There's no reason not to try out the free tier to see whether it fits your needs.
Great and light survey
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way that the results are shown, looks a bit more professional than competitors, I like the fact that it looks embedded into websites and feels a bit more than organic and brings more consistency. it is integrated with google docs as well
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact thta the matrix type of questions isn't really intuitive as others and doesn't really give u a lot of features on free version
