The easiest tool to collect feedback
What do you like best about the product?
If you've ever needed a survey, Typeform is for you. It is a super intuitive tool in which you create a survey that the respondents will want to fill in themselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that would bother me about the Typeform. Keep growing, keep it up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I collect feedback from clients very quickly. All results are presented clearly, so I get to the data I need very quickly.

Well, just try it, and you'll love it.

The formats in which data is exported and how difficult it normally is to visualize responses from your forms.

I collect data from our trainees at Notitia AI to help build and optimize products to suit them best. TypeForm makes this process easy and very engaging too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its is by far the best product on the market for making customizable and engaging online forms and survey and it easy to use. No prior knowledge of using a similar product is needed for you to start rolling out top-notch surveys and forms.

We're improving user interaction and engagement. Better and more complete answers to surveys.
Forms that are really easy to use for the end user
What do you like best about the product?
Easily create great looking forms for gathering information

Not much. I would like an option to have a user go back and change their original responses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently using Typeform to have students complete a Health Declaration form relating to COVID-19 before returning to study.

If you want to create attractive forms that are very easy to complete for the end user Typeform is the go to solution.
It's an amazing tool for anyone looking forward to collect responses and information on the web.

The branding for the "Essentials" plan should be removed!

Respondents have the experience like if they are replying to a friend!

The trial feature is pretty good. But ypi could easily extend it to the "Essentials" basic plan.
A dream tool for collecting responses
What do you like best about the product?
The simple and intuitive UI without sacrificing customizability gives me full control the responses I receive, and the confidence that my respondents' experience will be streamlined and effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle to uncover true constructive feedback for Typeform. They really carry their end-users with broad support resources, although (in my experience) they're seldom needed since their product is so easy to use.

I manage my SaaS companies Client Reference program. When our Account Executives need client references for their prospects and RFP proposals, I ingest the details of their Reference Request using a Takeform.
Using Typeform has been pivotal in structuring the top of the reference request funnel, and serves the benefit of consolidating reference requests into a single source from which I can then triage and process efficiently. My experience of managing the reference request program before Typeform was chaotic, fragmented and difficult to keep track of.

Easy to use, great for feedback!
What do you like best about the product?
User Experience - simple, nice font. Also the survey results are easy to read.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it offered some templates so it was easier to come up with my surveys.

Getting feedback from employees. Offers anonymous survey results so people can provide feedback without feeling like they need to hold back.

Easy tool to use to gather feedback. I love the survey tool. Super easy to create surveys! When you've written your survey, there is a simple link to share and people can click the link and start the survey.. it's that easy. No additional downloads or logins.
Easy to create forms and get digestible data
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform easily allows for the creation of surveys and other forms. I was able to easily distribute a comparison of our two most frequently used internal products to our entire organization (300-500 staff members) with no prior experience with the application. I found it great that I could add conditional questions to my form, so if somebody didn't have a specific response to something, they'd get an alternate question. It was also very easy to collaborate with the head of our design team to view the status of the survey, and view how many in our organization had responded.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was only able to export to an Excel file. It would be great to have more analytics options to share with my software teams. Something like a well-visualized PDF would be ideal. As is, I had to convert the data to charts that I made myself myself so that I could review it with our department heads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a quick and painless way to survey my entire organization and Typeform provided it. It was extremely easy to configure and set up with no prior experience. I hadn't used a form creation tool before, so I didn't realize how much I needed help with it!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd ensure it allows for data visualization the way you'd like prior to purchasing. But you do not have to worry about a lack of experience with a form creation tool. Typeform is extremely user friendly!
An easy and humane way to survey

Everything is customized, the look, the personalization tokens, the question options

The price is a little high for a solopreneur, but excellent choice for companies

survey my databases of clients, potential clients and be able to tabulate results in real-time
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for an option for surveys that convey a friendly personality, this is a great option. It is easy to use. But if you are not able to take advantage of personalization and look & feel maybe you should use a different option
