Simple and beautiful survey software
What do you like best about the product?
The design and feel. Typeform makes surveys a pleasure to create, send & fill out. I will not use another software to create surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be more opportunities to integrate the responses & survey actions into other software products I use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending surveys to people. How easy it is to create and get responses to surveys.
Best for Onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
We've started using Typeform on 2019. It's like a game changer. Now, Typeform is the tool, which we use for onboarding our new users. And also we use it to collect Payments and feedback from Customers. They have a cool pre built templates, so we can create new forms within few clicks. But, it's only for enterprises, because of their pricing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their pricing is so high. And also we can't build forms on mobile. It's not responsive. We can add new fields and edit, but we can't choose some options on mobile. They need to Optimize their site for mobile too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We always want to give our customers the best experience with Onboarding! Previously, we've used few tools, but Typeform gives us the professional look. And also we can able to integrate with our websites easily. And we use Intercom, they have the app to integrate with Intercom. It's great and works fine
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They offer free plan with limited features only. You need to pay more to get features. This tool is for Enterprise level Businesses only. Not for all, because of their pricing.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the real-time integration with Google Sheets, it makes it really easy to share the results with colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. The product has been good so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are tracking both our CSAT and our NPS score. This helps us to get a better read on our client base.

Very user friendly and easy to create. Also integrates with majority of Mar Tech softwares.

Analytics can be improved on the platform. The overall editability of the form design can be improved.

Easy, User Friendly, and Powerful
What do you like best about the product?
You don't need an onboarding for this. It's simple, classic, drag and drop, and hands down, the best possible place to create a survey. I got to understand my customers' thoughts and understanding in a much better way. There's an option where you can create conversational forms that will allow users to focus on questions one at a time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Fortunately, Typeform hasn't disappointed me yet. I've been using it for almost 3 years now. I just faced one minor issue - We tried integrating it with Hubspot was not that smooth. We did have some issues during integration initially. But it's been a while and I guess, it's easy to use now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really easy to create surveys. When you're working for a B2C organization, surveys are really critical. Customer surveys, quizzes, etc are required on a daily basis and Typeform is the best place to go to in these cases. It saves time and helps us create surveys that look appealing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're planning to create customer/client surveys from scratch and you want a fully customized form that does not take a long time, go for Typeform. If you think it's costly, wait till you get all those responses from your survey. It's quite appealing.

I love that Typeform allows you to create surveys to serve multiple use cases - from product feedback to onboarding customer forms. It has multiple integrations that allow a quick use of the ingested data
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing schema isn't welcoming for those willing to use it on a smaller scale.

Great Product - Steep Price
What do you like best about the product?
Its the best when it comes to survey tools - Really has so many features to customize your forms and is extremely user-friendly for whoever is filling it out, which in the end is the goal of any form. The more people who fill it out the better!
What do you dislike about the product?
Steep price - also they have good logic tools but its a little clunky and difficult to set up the logic jumps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting feedback from large groups of people. Benefits as stated before is that I have a higher completion rate with typeform than other tools because its so dang user friendly for the one filling it out.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its just pricey for a single tool! Typeform doesn't do more than forms. So forms should be pretty crucial to your buisness/work to justify the price.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the flow and the usage while it lasted.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am a Canadian Realtor running a decently sophiscated quiz. That being said, all was good until renewal time. At renewal, I tried to change my payment structure from annual to monthly. The system had no ability to make this change. I was hesitant to update my CC information knowing that my CC would likely be charged the annual upon submission. I therefore emailed the support desk and expressed my concerns. I was told that they would intervene to stop the annual charge and manually override it. Well, that didn't happen. I had the annual charge show up on my CC of which I asked for them to immediately reverse. They did so and also billed me for the month. The problem is that with the currency conversion - USD to CDN, I was shorted approximately $40 CDN as a result of currency conversion. I escalated this issue again with the Typeform team. I don't really care about the money but out of principal, this is a major fault. I told them to inform their development team of the issues and to simply refund me the amount owed. They insisted that it was my bank that was to blame. I agreed that the conversion is the problem but the inability to change my payment cycle to monthly was the culprit. After multiple bickering emails, I now resort to this. Be aware, they do not admit when they are wrong!

What do you like best about the product?
There are many different functionalities that this platform allows you to create. The logic is far greater than Google forms and the styling is much better too. It proved really useful for an internal campaign we ran last year, which was a quiz, with some really intelligent logic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version is rather limited, but still performs well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do quizzes a lot and the logic that Typeform allows you to include, saved so much time in manually processing answers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The paid account is far greater than the free one and allows you to do so much more! Definitely worth it!
Good features (and it looks pretty!)
What do you like best about the product?
I like the templates available to users, since that got me going the right direction with the survey I wanted to put out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Um, I wish the pricing tiers were a bit lower for the options with logic jumps. As it is I will have to only use the monthly option and only as a one-off when I need to gather information and don't want to waste my reviewers' time by navigating through questions they aren't required to answer, when I can let them indicate they're through so they can jump directly to the end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am finding out what readers are looking for and what their needs are for their libraries. This has helped me set up things that are efficient for the reviewer and that I can see the results easily.
