What do you like best about the product?
Helped us to gather information needed to perform our job to the best of our ability. Easy for clients to use and links to slack to push information to us. We use it everyday both internally and externally. Really easy to use and customer support always there if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it works great. We wouldn't want to be without it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to collect information to give an accurate quote

It is very intuitive and easy to use, it is very easy to create workflows and different types of questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The default fields (e.g., contact fields like first name, last name...) cannot be edited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They help me easily capture customer data and connect it to automations on other platforms like Zapier.

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked best about Typeform is its user-friendly, visually appealing interface that makes creating forms feel more like designing a conversation than filling out a survey. The drag-and-drop builder is intuitive, and the wide range of templates helped me get started quickly without having to build everything from scratch. And the conditional logic and customization options are truly the best—allowing for personalized and engaging forms that stand out compared to more traditional tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside of Typeform is the very limited response cap on the free plan—just 10 responses per month—which feels a bit too restrictive. When you're first starting to incorporate forms into your processes, it’s hard to predict how many responses you might get, so having a bit more flexibility, like 20 or 25 responses, would make it easier to gauge whether the tool fits your needs. I'm currently on a paid plan, but I think a slightly more generous free tier would make the transition into using Typeform smoother for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform is helping me streamline the client onboarding process by making my detailed copy brief—often 30 to 50+ questions—feel much less overwhelming. Its clean, conversational interface and ability to personalize each step make the experience smoother and more engaging for clients, which leads to better completion rates and more thoughtful responses.

Low Engagement with Traditional Forms. Standard forms often feel robotic and overwhelming, leading to lower completion rates.

Poor User Experience. Many form tools lack intuitive design, causing friction for both creators and respondents.

Limited Customization & Branding. It's hard to make traditional forms match your brand and feel truly "on brand."

Disconnected Workflows. Data collected in forms often doesn’t flow easily into CRMs, spreadsheets, or team tools.

Rigid Logic & Lack of Personalization. Forms with static questions don’t adapt to users’ answers, making them less relevant or efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and has help me double my client list since joining the platform. It's so easy to integrate with my current apps which is a huge bonus for me

I'd like to be able to have a shared typeform with colleagues, but not all on the same account, but different access levels within 1 account

What do you like best about the product?
I am not a tech person and Typeform was BEYOND easy to use. Very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to know how to create a grid for fillable answers, I was only able to find a grid you can add check boxes to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this as my intake form so that I can reduce the back and forth with client information capture.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that logic, branching and quiz grading has been simplified in Typeform. My first time creating a quiz in Typeform wasn't hard as there were linked articles to explain the process better. It is also really easy to set up, I was able to integrate other apps I am using with it. Chef's kiss!
What do you dislike about the product?
If there is something I dislike it will be the premium feature. I believe new uses should be able to use all features even if it is for a small period of time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform is really making lead capturing and form building a lot easier. The first time I built a Quiz on it, it was so simple and the features were really easy to understand.

What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive and allows you to connect responses to various platforms. You can create beautiful, user-friendly forms without overwhelming users. I also love that it can be connected to email platforms like Klaviyo.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't allow you to send automatic confirmation emails when a form is submitted. This feature would be particularly useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we have a lot of forms that were previously un-dynamic, boring and long, today we collect the same data with typeform but it doesn't feel overwhelming.
