Beautiful Form Service
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the drag and drop feature and the ability to have people jump from one part of the form to another depending on what answers they click. It's also easy to make a beautiful and professional-looking form.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a little cumbersome to use, but for the most part that is simply something that just takes a little time to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to collect more responses and utilize the "results" section to easily download and analyze data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that you spend time familiarizing yourself with the service. It can be a little daunting at first, but the time spent learning it is well worth it.
Typeform is an engaging way to collect feedback on ANYTHING
What do you like best about the product?
From start to finish, the presentation is top-notch and it makes creating and tracking forms incredibly easy. Building "if/then" style forms is also a breeze with Typeform. With any product, I always consider how much value they share through their free tier. Typeform is a standout winner even at the free level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Typeform hasn't let me down yet. The more advanced, multiple-choice scenarios can be a little tricky at times, and some of the premium features would be nice to test drive in a limited capacity at the free level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use typeform for internal polling and event post-mortem feedback on projects. We've also started to implement the service in many of our client build outs.
Engaging, Customizable, & Interactive Form Builder
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to build and edit forms. Also it is very customizable and integrateable with many other of our softwares like HubSpot. Zapier, Google Sheets, ActiveCampaign, and many others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the software had a mobile app to manage all the typeform. Also, the reporting can be a bit lacking and provides basic information like drop-off %, time spent, and completion rate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to standout with our lead generation forms. Also we use it a lot internally for our recruiting process, training, and HR processes.

The amount of options it offers to create forms and a stunning design.

The price, they could have cheaper options.

It helps us extract information from our customers to offer a better product in a visually impressive way.

Excellent tool to give a high perception of quality to customers. Highly recommended.
Design as as feature
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Typeform allows me to change and design my form. Without being ugly or ending up as a rectangle.
What do you dislike about the product?
They work solely in English. Having a translation to Portuguese (Brazil) would be better to sell the service to my customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can create my forms and design a well-thought page for them. Embedding the record or creating a new page for it. The creative possibilities are almost endless

It's essential to understand the basics of research and forms usability, as well as the beginning of programming, so you know what you are connecting where. If you need a dynamic page with many design options, Typeform is the best choice for you.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to setup, design and deliver efficiency.

Slightly confusing at first, but once you start fiddling around with it - becomes easier to work with.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it has easy-to-use templates, it's very intuitive, and that makes it easy because I spend little time creating a survey.
What do you dislike about the product?
I consider that the logics are a bit complicated to use, it is difficult for me to understand them and that is why I decide not to use them, but I would like to use them to have a more complete survey
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to measure my clients' knowledge before and after the trainings they receive from me. as well as to know their degree of satisfaction with the service received. It is creative, easy to use and allows you to customize them in the design using my brand image.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend creating folders to organize the content, it is very practical to have it that way.
Clean Design, Simple To Use
What do you like best about the product?
Big fan of the simple yet clean design (looks more professional than a Google Form). I love that you can set up surveys to start within an email (big help for an email marketer), and I like how the data is presented.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I don't like. Haven't run into any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer surveys. Employee surveys. Fun, engagement focused quizzes that we distribute via site and email.

Highly recommend. Especially over Google Forms.

Typeform is one of my favorite tools to use as a Marketing professional. Their surveys are so sleek, modern, and fun for the user to complete. They're also fun to create! We always get a very high completion rate from our users.
Helpful Way to Gather information
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is a sleek, easy way to collect information. I like the user-friendly design which is very intuitive and I feel like it makes the form easier to fill out. There is nothing more exhausting than struggling through a form that requires you to endlessly click "next" and having no idea if there are 10 or 100 questions. Typeform makes it painless to quickly create a form to send it out even faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly do not dislike any aspect. I feel that the product is very intuitive, colorful with icons that guide you through the questionnaire.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed people to fill out a form that was quick and easy and didn't leave room for errors. So many times people will fill out strange information that is not relevant to the question. Typeform allowed me to attach a form to my site with no issues and collect the information in a way that was easy to organize and put to use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a nice, easy form. The price is a little high (for a small business) if you don't need a lot of the features but well worth it.
