    Hospital & Health Care

Favorite form creation tool, allows for TONS of logic, great integration, great API

What do you like best about the product?
Not only have we been able to use Typeform as a basic form creation tool (such as "contact us" forms), but the flexibility of the design and all of the logic options has allowed us to build an entire LMS.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was greater control of design. Even though the templates are attractive, there's too much white space. Sometimes, I would really like a more compact design that shows multiple questions all at once, but Typeform ONLY allows one question per screen view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have hundreds of learning activities with videos, and we use Typeform for everything. Quizzes, training, project set-up, everything. The results are all automatically exported to Google (Google Sheets and Google Docs), and we use their API to integrate the responses into our own proprietary system.

Simple & Elegant Forms for Small Businesses

What do you like best about the product?
Type form is extremely straightforward when it comes to building forms, while still allowing flexibility and customization for specific use cases. My favorite part of Typeform is the integration with Asana, so I can directly add in a new task from a Typeform response.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have shifted around their pricing plans a bit in the past year, but other than that, I haven't had any real issues with the Platform or any of the functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We offer a directory of events on our website, and Typeform acts as the submission form for people to submit their events to us. It's easy-to-use and looks pretty sleek embedded in our WordPress site.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is a free version worth testing out prior to committing!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the friendly tone it has on its core. It allows me to maintain communication through a simple form while also giving a warm welcome to potential clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to connect more than one stripe account to the Typeform account, I think it would be of use when providing services to clients, who might want to try the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding Customers has become much easier with this. It saves us time and also they feel a personalized experience that is based on their own answers while we keep a friendly tone there.

What do you like best about the product?
Typeform allows the end-user to gather valuable data about potential consumers and current clients alike. It will enable multiple templates to create forms and surveys for these people and is customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Besides integrating other software to Typeform, other software platforms on the market could provide better CRM tools, such as SharpSpring from Constant Contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform allows my business to gather information regarding potential buying decisions from prospective consumers. It lets me know their interests, pains, and things they like to do.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a premier form, quiz, or survey tool, this is your best option in terms of customization and user-friendly tools. For in-depth CRM options, however, this is not the best option.

It's not intuitive and it's pretty rigid. We use it at work because it came with another app we use, but I don't love it.

We survey our employees. It works fine for that

What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is super easy to use, and has increased the engagement from my audience. It allows you to be fun, creative and get helpful information to serve your audience even better.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I'd change about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm getting to know my audience in an easy and fun way. I love all the choices in which I can ask and structure the questions. And the percent of people who fill it out is high since it's so quick and easy for them.

Great Styles, Simple Functionality

What do you like best about the product?
It is simple to build a new form, add new questions, and style the Typeform how you want to. Easy to share and embed on any website. I love how it shows how long it will take you to complete a form if you enable that and the workflow itself so it shows one question at a time, making completing a form seem simple for anyone we ask. Also, appreciate the fact it integrates with Zapier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of how typeform questions are styled long questions can at times seem cumbersome for someone to answer only because you really have to scroll to see all the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it as an inbound form for anyone who wants to volunteer with us or donate physical items to our organization. Since it connects with Zapier, we are then able to build some automated workflows connecting with the people who have shared their information.

What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is much better than other forms. We have a higher completion rate with Typeform than with competitors we have tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is we can't capture IP addresses, which is available with other form builders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation and applications.

What do you like best about the product?
typeform is good at gathering information from nicely done templates which I can use with just a couple of clicks.
I integrate Mailchimp with Typeform to send emails on submit
What do you dislike about the product?
Data export is difficult - Comparing it to google forms. Your data from Google Forms is already available in a spreadsheet, and exporting it is as simple as clicking a button. However, Typeform requires a few extra steps and the awareness of where to look for it.
When compared to Google Forms, the fee is a little higher.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need to capture information was just a pain to me as we as a team had to mail individuals for information. Right now, the process is automated, and all I have to do is just monitor.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
typeform is easy to use with a lovely interface and user-friendly design and the ability to integrate with other software like Mailchimp to automate processes

What do you like best about the product?
I've been a Typeform user since inception. The ease of use, layout, and theme options along with the extensive knowledge base is outstanding. The team is consistently adding new features and bringing more value to the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
They offered lots of included themes to choose from for the longest time and since the price adjustments, now only provide a handful to the pro plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
feedback from customers and prospects. QR code we use as a a way for customers to view instructions and watch videos from a subscription page that feeds to Mailchimp, gather internal insights and test with beta users.
