Typeform is very user friendly and has so many survey templates to help get started! I also love how easy it is to collect and share the data received. 10/10 recommend

That you cannot put multiple questions on one form

This makes company feedback so much easier to obtain

Great tool for quick surveys on social reserach

What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is a great tool to build surveys, it's very ergonomic and the graphics are beautiful (giving a nice experience to both the researcher and to the informants!) I totally recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just maybe an integration with a more powerful statistics software to make results analysis easier and more interesting than just counts (maybe crossing variables, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great for shorter social research surveys, to get to the point and have strong insights on specific topics. It's very easy to use therefore I have gained a lot of time.

Amazing platform for surveys

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create my survey with as many questions as I want before actually purchasing. I didn't use any tools with the platform, I just created a survey and sent it out to the organization
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to send the survey for review before the purchase, it would be nice to be able to send the survey to view without submitting incase other team members need to approve but don't have the skill or time to go through TypeForm
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The employee needs, with anonymity, we use Typeform for inhouse survey to get feedback from employees about where to improve in the organization so we can have happy employees

Shit email preference management

What do you like best about the product?
There is a calendly integration and it looks good on web and mobile.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email preference management is shit. If you unsubscribe from their marketing, you can't receive notifications for when someone has filled out your form. Clicking "change settings" in any of their promotional emails doesn't direct to an email settings page, it instead directs to your Typeform workspace. The actual email settings page has only 3 categories for communication (product tips, company news, and coupons), all of which involve marketing which I don't want or need. Typeform doesn't have as many question design or analysis settings as Qualtrics and its intro page for surveys is extremely design-restrictive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just trying to do some market and user research.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Easy form creation with a lot of ready-to-use templates.
2. Dynamic form questionnaire based on the previous responses.
3. Integration with slack, PowerBI and other tools make data handling so easy
What do you dislike about the product?
1. API-based integration which easily integrates data collection in companies' data lake is not easy.
2. Prices compared to other competition are expensive. Plus service is not that good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Conventional forms like google forms are boring and lead to lesser conversion in terms of data gathering.
2. Condition forms are not supported by g-forms is the biggest drawback in terms of changing usage.
