What do you like best about the product?
I like that the dropdowns are updated when a new email is created and replicates existing forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like there is a 14 day trial period, but feel it should be extended to a full 30 days to truly create the business case to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is creating better consistency and processes that are replicated that we don't currently have today.

Significantly Improved Intake Experience

What do you like best about the product?
Easily the thing I like best about TypeForm is the aesthetic appearance. Even though it's just a wrapper for questions, for an intake form, it looks extremely professional. I like that it's customizable for our company's information and it's very user-friendly and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I could point to one thing that I dislike about TypeForm. Had a really easy experience. I feel like it's easy to fill out and I like how easy it is to integrate with other software tools that we use. I legitimately cannot think of one thing that I do not like about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform helps to screen for potential clients of mine to see if people qualify for working with our services and helps to narrow down what types of services they might be most interested and qualified for.

What do you like best about the product?
The integrations to other Apps, we use most the webhooks. Its easy to integrate into Wordpress so every body can do this. We use it very often for recruting for feedbacks and so on. Actual we try to implement a customer support form.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Customer press enter to early but that's happens only sometimes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recruting is easy with the form and the video from, so its the first selection for us.
For Customer we hade some feedback forms also

What do you like best about the product?
I don’t like anything. Maybe if you don’t know how to use a computer this is a useful tool. But you’d have to be over 80.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is basically a scam. Poor dated product. The way they make money is by locking customers in year contracts and then making every effort to conceal that they are renewing in the background. And if you call them to cancel when you catch it, they will tell you they can’t do anything. Massive massive scam.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s a poor dated product. It’s not useful.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable Typeform is. It lets me create forms that actually feel on-brand and engaging. The best part is all the integrations. I have new survey submissions instantly show up in my spreadsheet, which saves me a ton of time and keeps everything organized in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I don't love is that if I make edits to the spreadsheets connected to Typeform, the connection sometimes breaks, which can be frustrating to troubleshoot.

Typeform makes it easy to collect responses in a way that feels more human and conversational. It helps me run surveys without needing to code anything, and with the spreadsheet integration, I can instantly start analyzing results without manual copy pasting.

Typeform feels so much more professional than google forms - with customizable url, branding, and consistent design elements The conditional fields streamline the user experience. The integrated and shareable reports are also super helpful.

It's on the pricier side. I wish it had full sign off compliance like jotform.
