Excellent tool for designing surveys
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and the UI/UX of Typeform is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Typeform should provide a little more customizations in their free version.

Typeform is a user-friendly, interactive type form builder that makes it easy to create engaging quizzes, surveys and forms. With Typeform, you can collect data from customers in a cost-effective way and understand them like never before.
It is the world's best user experience, with Stunningly beautiful design, and robust API. Forms are very easily navigated with all shortcuts key available which help fast submitting the survey. Conditional logic helps to skip any field or Question to the next.

What do you dislike about the product?
Multi-languages option should also be added in future. Typeform has everything needed for creating forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have tried a couple of other online form builders, But they just didn't have the user-friendly interface and easier-to-fill forms. Then we found Typeform and our visitors/customers are very happy to attend surveys and our conversion rate has increased.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way it is designed. The UI team did a fantastic job. The UI is simple and easy to use.
Even a first-time user can easily create survey.

We couldn't find any particular reason to dislike this typeform.

Typeform is a great forms/surveys platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is easy to use, affordable and robust. It has a lot of great and useful features and it's stronger and more intuitive than other similar platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The linear structure of the form sometimes doesn't work best (sometime I want the form to be one page and not one question after another).

Easy to use and build forms. Easy to analyze results and easy integration with other platofrms.
Great for collecting user experience reviews
What do you like best about the product?
I use typeform to collect product reviews and learn about user experience. It works well, is very easy to set up, and makes analyzing and visualizing the data easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, it's great! My only complaint is minor. I wish that you could divide responses by date collected more easily in the data summary. This would allow me to more easily analyze how reviews have changed after launching new product features.

Typeform is allowing me to communicate with, receive reviews from, and receive feedback from my customers and users much more easily. I highly recommend it for user surveys.

Not having the option to place more than one question in a page.

1. Customer surveys 2. Employee surveys 3. Handling various kinds of requests: we've created workflows with approval paths using Typeform. 4. company's appraisal system is now on Typeform
Very clean system for simple data collection
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive and friendly menus help make the form creation process quick and easy. UI is sleek, and response times are generally fairly fast. Also, when the platform experiences issues, you are quickly notified and updated in regular intervals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to have file uploads from prospective customers or survey respondents is nice, however, it is limited to one file, and retrieval of that file is kind of cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used Typeform for things like City Manager evaluations by our City Council, data collection/surveying of the public for future spending, to even the creation of applications for service or filing of police reports.
Simple workflows - though requires 1 step at a time
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform set up is really easy. It also allows you to grow - allows you to do more complex things like passing through fields, branching, gathering data in multiple ways - just all around solid.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love that it locks you into 1 question at a time. I (sorta) get it - but it can get annoying.

Allows me to quickly gather data from my users.
Great way to capture user data
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform saves our team a lot of development efforts. In many cases, we don't need to develop a part of the user-interaction flow and can just substitute it with a 5-minutes-to-build form! For a startup it's huge!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific to dislike. I personally like a lot how it looks and feels!

Capturing data from customers. Anything from quick feedback to webinar signups to new feature requests.
