What do you like best about the product?
The users interface is very friendly and I love it!!!

I haven't seen/encountered any problem while using the platform

Great features, wish there was more flexibility to customize user journeys
What do you like best about the product?
I love the various tabs you can extract survey results from! There are many ways to model results and drill down to gather specific insights. I also love that there's an auto-calculation for time to completion. It keeps the surveyor motivated to finish!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's tough to duplicate and customize specific user journeys. For our needs, it can be challenging and time-consuming to get all the screens built out and then ensure all the various paths are functioning as expected for the end user. I would love to see more flexibility in this area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We constantly engage with our audience to hear their thoughts on myriad topics, so Typeform lets us quickly build and track those results. It also helps us figure out how to optimize when we're not getting a high response rate.

What do you like best about the product?
Typeform provides a unique aesthetic quality for my surveys , which is the first thing that likely attracts a survey respondent anyways. Its chat approach to feedback mirrors a one on one conversation with respondents and this has gotten my surveys better engagements and also led to faster survey completion rates as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytical reports can be better and I feel Typeform can integrate with more business intelligence platforms. This potentially makes the process of exporting data generated on Typeform to business intelligence platforms for advanced data analysis use , very seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My Company uses Typeform to easen the process of collecting feedbacks from customers and individuals of interest through surveys. Typeform has increased the response rate for my surveys and likewise improved the quality of the responses as well.
We simply get better responses to our surveys through Typeform.
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform provides multiple templates for any given survey needs of mine. This makes survey campaigns a lot quicker to setup. Asides the aforemetioned, I like that Typeform does not set response limits to my surveys and the security level of our survey forms gives us a lot of confidence, that unauthorized parties will never have access to data we collect through surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very satisfied with what Typeform brings to the table for my team. Our use of this tool has reduced the rate of abandoned survey forms , and encouraged respondents to provide more elaborate responses to our surveys.

The need to get closer to our customers is why we conduct surveys and is the reason why we deployed Typeform.

Its ability to do exactly what it markets.

I did not like the inability to use advanced UX themes.

I love how easy it is to tailor my questionnaires for project-specific jobs.

Type form has every thing you need to get feedback from the users and make in fun and easy to do.

Being in South Africa, some of the software can be quite pricy

I get User feedback for my SUS (System Usability Scale) test that I run to test the usability of the design I make
Best Review Gathering Software
What do you like best about the product?
The Typeform has really helped me and my business to get more reviews and suggestions then ever. It is really easy to add and configure. I can easily update the questions which I want answers for and can simply update it whenever I want to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a longer time to load and it looks like I don't get all the reviews that are submitted by the clients or users. A few of my customer has told me about that, that they have submitted the form, but we didn't receive it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Firstly, it helped us to gather the reviews of our clients and users. We are selling our product but no one was buying or we have less sale, but after adding the typeform we can easily gather their reviews on our product and can solve their problem and can improve our products as per their requirements, which initially helped us to increase our sales.
