Best Tool For Collecting Leads
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Typeform for about a year now, and I have to say that it offers the best user experience for forms that I've come across. The forms themselves are a pleasure to use, even if the options are somewhat basic. That being said, Typeform is an excellent tool for collecting data from users, and it's currently my favorite option.
What do you dislike about the product?
Typeform is a useful tool for collecting basic feedback, qualifying leads, or conducting simple surveys. However, it may not be the best choice for more extensive research or data collection projects due to its limited features. There are other options available that offer more advanced features for this type of work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform is a tool that helps companies collect feedback, qualify leads, and conduct simple surveys. It allows users to create interactive and engaging forms customized to meet their specific needs.
Simple, elegant and inexpensive.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of building logic is THE best we have found in the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limited number of graphics pre-installed - but this is a very small complaint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A stream-lined and uncomplicated data prospecting system that integrates with our ActiveCampaign, Zapier, Etc. apps.
Great tool for forms
What do you like best about the product?
I used Typeform for an year by now, and I think Typeform offers the best UX for a form. Using Typeform forms is a great UX experience, although options presented are very simple and basics, maybe too simple. But it's a great way to collect data from users, and it's my favourite options by now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Options are too basic and it could be improved a lot. You will find all basic features, but not advanced one, unless you want to use Zapier to integrate them but it will require some extra work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform is making people happy to fill out forms thanks to the great UX it offers for mobile devices. And it's making filling of forms easy and fast for users.
Decent but not amazing
What do you like best about the product?
User interface is really simple and accessible. I like that creating new questions and deciding between which type is super easy. It's definitely better than like a google surveys
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of limitations. For example, you can't lock in orders of multiple choice options - sometimes I'll want to have a choice locked at the bottom that's not "other," but you can't do that. This is just one of many limitations I've noticed. If more functionality is what you desire, then qualtrics is probably your best bet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating surveys and easily collecting the survey results in data (excel) format. I do surveys a lot for my job, so this streamlines the process and makes it easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Typeform is simple and easy to use. It also offers plenty of interactive templates and they are all mobile responsive. Typeform can also be integrated into websites and landing pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Typeform is great for service feedback, lead qualification, or any very basic survey needs. I wouldn't recommend that as the first choice for research or data collection as its features might be very limited. There are a lot of other options that offer better features for research studies.

Typeform is a great solution for anyone that needs to collect answers from customers, users, or prospects. It is also very interactive and makes surveys less boring.
Easy, customizable and attractive form everyone should use!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy being able to edit different flows for consumers based on responses they share - essentially allowing me to build different journeys for differently targetted users. It is great to know I can personalise the form for any preference anyone might have.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike, although the trial version is quite limited in its capabilities - if there was a way to earn credits, that would improve any new user's experiences much more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform helps me create, share and collect dynamic data about different subsets of customers on the website, and it integrates well into the systems we use already - eradicating the problem of having myriad different forms for different subsets, and does away having to import the collected data manually.
Intuitive, Sleek & Modern Way to Collect Survey Responses
What do you like best about the product?
The tool has an incredibly intuitive interface, so you can quickly get onboarded and start creating surveys and collecting responses. There are theming options to create a customized look for your survey or questionnaire. Also the feature to have various journeys for responders and based on their replies lead them in a different direction of the survey is a game-changer!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say there is anything I dislike about the app. It serves its purpose, is quick and easy, and delivers a professional-looking survey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Up until purchasing Typeform, we were doing customer satisfaction surveys with Google Forms. Typeform gives us the option to customize the surveys and look professional while collecting responses.
Interactive surveys that work.
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform Logic jump . This allows me to create surveys that respond to the answers of the person answering my surveys , by taking them into a specific direction based on their response option to a previous question. Logic jump has helped to reduce the number of questions that survey participants have to respond to , improved survey completion time and ensured that respondents will only ever see survey questions that are relevant to them, thus reducing the number of questions every of our respondents have to respond to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations of Typeforms mobile builder. For example, I cannot make use of the logic jump feature when trying to build surveys on mobile device, except when I build surveys from a desktop computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform is used as a surveying tool and lead generation tool in my team. Completion rate for our surveys are higher with Typeform, quality of response from respondents have been better than was the case with other tools I have experience using in the past.
Running Surveys have never been smoother
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of selecting the type of question to building the logic behind the form has been a seamless experience. The User Experience is a winner for me!
What do you dislike about the product?
As much as I love the user experience, with typeform it is not possible to know how close I am to finishing a survey!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting results while still protecting privacy! Appreciate the ease of creating a form given the variety of options Typeform presents - from type of form to type of question all the way to building the logic behind the questions.
Simplest survey creation platform
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to create a survey with the desired logic I'd like participants to follow based on their responses. It's very easy to share and track results as well.

I love the platform, it's super easy to use and I don't dislike any part of it
