Really nice but really expensive
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform really user-friendly form and survey builder. Offers a wide range of options and customizations. The drag-and-drop interface is really easy to use. The platform has many integrations that make the team's life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
One potential drawback of Typeform is its pricing, as the cost can add up quickly. Additionally, the platform has a limited number of responses that can be collected with the free plan and a fixed number with paid ones. These limitations may not be an issue for single users, but small businesses with more complex data needs may need to upgrade to a more expensive plan to get the features they need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform tries to be a different form and survey builder that deliver more responses than others with the methodology of a single quest at the time. With more engagement, I can get more qualified answers.
Most user friendly and aesthetic looking form
What do you like best about the product?
I was trying to create a reservation form from various different types of forms, goggle forms, survey money, even table agent for reservations. But I still feel typeform is most user friendly, intuitive, I can easily create my own form to target the type of customers we need easily. And I like it that we can easily edit and combine with other platforms to collect the results.
What do you dislike about the product?
If price could be more competitive will be good! But I know I'm paying for a good product. So no complains.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Save a lot of my time creating easy to use form. I like it that the words are big and fat and cute. Even older people can use it!
And they just need to scan a QR code, or click on the link- answer the simple questions and they are done!

Typeform is changing the game!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's easy to use from the back-end perspective but also from the perspective of user that's filling out the form perspective. It's such a wonderfully built platform that makes the forms fun and engaging to fill out, and it has countless integrations which make my life easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of! If I ever ran into issues, I was able to contact support and get my issues resolved extremely fast, but it wasn't anything that affected my productivity
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes collecting, consolidating and sharing form responses infinitely easier! I'm able to receive a higher rate of return on responses and share them with other teams working on the same project with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
Great to collect answers for surveys and inbound sales information from customers so we can follow up with much more ease, Moreover Typeform offers different data structures for integration of the smart path approach which can be used to store data and visualize that in an excel file.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently needs a better plan which could be competitive in terms of pricing, moreover, customization needs to increase for forms in terms of colors and visualization branding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Typeform for inbound sales for our Business Representative to book a demo and gather data in a more systematic order which makes things more streamlined and increase productivity, Moreover, the team collaboration features make KPIs better analysis for all our team.
Expensive But Worth
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is utterly awesome for any data collection whether it is lead generation or surveys or filling your CRM. The simple yet attractive UI and responsiveness of the forms make them fun to serve.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found their pricing plans a bit more complex. This is not something to dislike but its competitors are cheaper and offer more functionalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform is helping us understand our client's needs by asking a series of questions and delivering them the best. They do enjoy answering our questions as Typeform makes it super fun.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to derive many insights and analytics from all the responses.

The form does not opens faster in mobile version.

Too much limited for its price

It has a very great UX and UI, very better compared to other similar services

The pricing plans are very limited; every feature you need is on a higher plan, like Analytics or Tag Manager implementations

We can collect new leads and organize meetings using its native Calendly integration
Super easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I use Typeform on a daily basis to create forms and surveys. First of all it helps me capture lead information in my website, get insights of my prospects when I am selling or doing consultancy, and lastly surveys from my employees to check how they are.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only "bad" thing is that you need to pay to get some features like the brand kit. But you can have discounts if you pay in advance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes in Hubspot or in our CRM we can't do surveys for free, and with Typeform you can integrate it with Slack, receive the responses via email, etc.
Easy to use but expensive
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the simplicity of creating new forms. The duplicate function is also beneficial, and there are many template designs you can choose from. I would definitely recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Fees can be super high and they are somewhat hard to understand when you've reached your limit. There is also no notification when your quota is met or if your surveys are closed due to transaction errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use surveys monthly so our subscribers can customize their boxes. It's a great solution when you don't have these features built into the backend of your website.
Great platform for B2C comms!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy TypeForm is able to integrate with other CRM tools like Braze. Hidden fields and identifiers can be used in order to capture information about the recipient that may seem redundant for them to inform (email, user slugs, etc.).
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, there isn't too much I dislike about TypeForm. I think an area of improvement would be an API integration with Google Sheets, so certain worksheets are auto populated and refreshed whenever a new response is submitted (this may already exist but I have not found a way to do so).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client surveys (this alleviates the toll on customer success agents having to call 1:1), email capturing for opt-in prompts (if landing pages aren't configured yet).
