Straightforward forms
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up forms and customize them. There are a lot of options in terms of questions and data to collect very helpful when integrated with Notion so you can keep your database up-to-date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just like Notion once you open it, it's very blank, but after a few steps, you can get any form looking like you wanted. The only way it could be better would be with Marc tips like on boarding on the two so you can get used to it easier
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it primarily to announce and get applications for jobs. Using and sharing a simple link, we could share our openings and get candidates to apply directly to our database where we could answer them and contact the ones we were interest about.

TypeForm is a software that allows you to create, design and submit fun, easy to answer questionnaires. Unlike other platforms that only make gray forms
What do you dislike about the product?
It has happened to me that some of the forms that I create can be quite complex and, on occasions, the platform slows down as a result of failed attempts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TypeForm has helped me a lot to collect information through different questionnaires. Also, I love that it can be integrated with other software on the market.
Nice interface and integrations
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is beautiful, very aesthetic and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with most CRMs is pretty basic, so most of the results obtained couldn't be passed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used in email campaigns to interact with potential customers, make them fill out surveys, forms and simulate interviews. It integrated easily with Hubspot so we could get all the info from each lead into the deal.
Do your metrics in a simple way!
What do you like best about the product?
typeform helped me create useful surveys. Now I can do my metrics using all the information my clients fill in the Typeform and I don't have to look for information in different places.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there's no pain point I can see in Typeform at the moment. It's easy to use and it has been working without any problems so far. I have just good things to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Typeform, doing our metrics bases on email surveys was really ward, now we can have all the information in a simple spreadsheet and I don't have to worry about trespassing information.

What do you like best about the product?
High conversion rate from use of the product, pricing, and customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
A large selection of templates, and more video tutorials or interactive resources for users.

Initial customer contact. Streamlining the lead generation process. Collecting information and displaying it a fashion that is easy to show team members.
Suggestion to add multi language support

Quick, responsive and user friendly
Multilanguage support should added. Because of not all user well known about english smoothly and they cannot fulfill the required answer even they better know the answer

What do you like best about the product?
It is the best tool to create forms and collect info - also thanks to hidden field! I love new kind of questions (contact form and address) as much as the "old ones"!
What do you dislike about the product?
Only the fact that you have to push "Enter" for each question... it would be great if it was possible to collect answers also when a form is not completed!

My overall experience with Typeform has been great.
What do you like best about the product?
I especially like the conditional-jump feature in Typeform based on the answers provided. It adds to the form's customizability, making it feasible to use for various types of target audiences. It also lets one select different questions ranging from ranking, rating, multiple choice, etc., while having options to integrate date, time, payments, etc. Also, the design and layout options available add to the appeal of Typeform and make it aesthetic for a user to interact with. Another positive aspect of Typeform is the summary analysis and insights of the responses, which is easy to integrate with other data analysis tools and gives a quick overview of the results.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve for Typeform is a bit steep and requires some time to understand and get used to the functionality, which becomes time-consuming and challenging to adapt quickly. For example, the simple and advanced logic creation can get a little complicated at times and keeping track of the question number to which to jump becomes difficult. Every time I revisit Typeform to create a survey, I do have to brush up and re-learn certain branching features as it is not the most intuitive to learn at a glance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team and I performed extensive user research and were looking for survey platforms that were less monotonous than those available. Typeform proved to be more engaging, interactive and different from others.
A Beautiful If Limited Option
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is an excellent online form builder that is an outstanding tool for simple surveys or customer feedback. Typeform has a beautiful display and looks especially good on mobile devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Typeform's most significant limitation is the free option, which only allows ten questions. While it looks beautiful, you are pushed into a premium option very quickly because of the limited ability to make more in-depth forms. Even the entry-level premium option is limited to only 100 responses per month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform is excellent for simple feedback forms or lead capture. We have used it primarily for screening leads, and the interface looks great on a mobile device (which most of our leads utilize).
