Type-form for Tech
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I get all details in one single document , notwithstanding I am able to link with Google doc, sheets , Excel
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure I have any dislike about Typeform. It is user-friendly and as reliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me to breach the gap of one on one questioning with participants in my tech program. With the help of Typeform, all questions are in one single page
Had to pay to download our own data!
What do you like best about the product?
Nothing really. It is overpriced and worst of all your data is behind paywall.
What do you dislike about the product?
We used typeform premium for a few months. As it was overpriced for the features we used, we terminated our sub. After this, we tried to get our collected data, but it was behind a paywall. It is utterly unacceptable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To collect data from our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Typeform is very easy to use. It is a great solution to create forms. surveys and polls with easiness of use and a professional approach. I love de web design as well. It makes me feel calm and focused on what I need to finish.
What do you dislike about the product?
Typeform is a bit too formal and less creative in its design. I would suggest that the website would offer a personalization tab to be able to customize the view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform solves decision-making, allowing me to create surveys to make better decisions. For example, my colleagues are unsure how to proceed with an important decision, so I decided to create surveys to aid in choosing the best solutions.
It allows us to connect with the client and gather their thoughts easily.

The straight foward use from our clients.

At the moment, there are no complaints, we are very happy whith the results.

What do you like best about the product?
The elegant designs of Typeform forms are some of the best I've ever seen. When embedded correctly they make an email, a web page or a social media post a work of art, and thats just using their basic templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lack of variety when you compare it to Jotform for example, however if you're looking for simple forms with some logic when needed the typeform is perfect. If you need something more complex, there are other options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i use Typeform for a variety of reasons, the main two though are market research and client onboarding, both f which need an amazing first impression, Typeform delivers this.
Time-saving, user-friendly, customer-oriented and exquisite experience.

I like its UX/UI part. It is a seamless way of collecting responses; the responder doesn't feel the complexity of judgment. Its attractive name attaches to the user in the first interaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Trim material is available for the correct and exact use of the product. I believe more awareness should be public about how to use the product; for this, more case studies and tutorials must be part of the product introduction.

Typeform mitigates the confusion about how to start collecting views and making the best survey of products or services that can augment marketing efforts, increase sales and enhance revenue.

Overall, I have not encountered anything that makes me unhappy with Typeform. I find Typeform's survey templates to be visually appealing and attention-grabbing. The design and aesthetics of any survey is crucial for boosting survey engagement rates, and Typeform excels in this regard.

What do you dislike about the product?
Typeform's survey security measures are inadequate at present, and this is a cause for concern. With the rise of bot activity, our surveys have been negatively impacted in the past. To ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data generated from our surveys, Typeform should integrate authentication protocols into the survey collection process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform has been instrumental for conducting surveys of varying sample sizes. Its use of conditional logic mapping and chat-style format for presenting survey questions has resulted in highly interactive surveys , that enhances the quality of engagements we get off our surveys.
Great tool for building engaging forms, surveys, etc.
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is easy to use, but most importantly, the tool gives you LOTS of flexibility to build out forms that are ideal for any type of scenario. I use Typeform mostly for surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the options are there to customize forms to match branding, personalize questions, and build the right types of forms to grab attention, there are some areas that could be improved upon. Image placement in forms, for example isn't ideal, and some questions are limited with formatting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I struggle with building forms that stood out and grabbed attention, and Typeform has solved that problem. No longer stuck using Google Forms, which is a win! Will continue to use Typeform for the forseeable future.
Works pretty well
What do you like best about the product?
Very customisable - It has everything I need for a form app. We use it to get client feedback and book interviews with a CTA.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the transition between questions could be better. The way how the selected option blinks and then there is a shift downwards is not something I like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to have idea submissions from clients but also feedback on specific features. With the CTA feature we lead users to a calendly link to book interviews.
