Beautiful Forms That People Actually Enjoy Using
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform makes data collection feel personal and polished. I love how easy it is to create professional-looking forms that people actually enjoy filling out. Whether I'm managing event RSVPs, meeting sign-ins, or fundraiser orders, Typeform makes the process seamless for both me and the user. I also like that I can subscribe to their lower plan and be billed "a l cart" for additional form entries in increments of 250 when I exceed the limit in a given month. I do go over some months but not every month and the price for an additional 250 is very reasonable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's still worth the cost in my opinion, but I do wish there were an option to connect TypeForm to my preferred merchant services provider instead of being forced to use Stripe. I like JotForm's UI and form "feel" better, but TypeForm is much more reasonable pricing for what I need and it also has a perfectly adequate UI. The logic is a bit confusing sometimes but is easy enough to figure out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform helps me collect information in a way that is engaging, not transactional. Before using it, I had to juggle multiple tools for all the things I do—each with its own limitations and clunky interface. With Typeform, I’ve found it does most everything I need in one clean, user-friendly platform that’s easy enough to build and easy to use. It saves me time, keeps my operations more organized, and presents a much more polished experience to the people interacting with my organization.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s the easiest way to get the information you need by asking direct questions for feedback
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn’t email me when I have a new response
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting info I need
Easiest, prettiest survey collector at there
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is easily the most polished-looking survey form you could use. It's great for sending directly to customers and clients as it makes everything look buttoned up and professional. Robust logic allows you to create different flows for various scenarios, providing for maximum flexibility and detailed responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Please make it easier to include dynamic properties (ex: name, location) in the question builder! It's possible now, but kind of clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting customer feedback is super easy with Typeform. It's got handy treatments (like time to complete) that increase form completion. It's also super easy to integrate with a tool like Zapier, which can trigger messages on Slack when a new response is submitted.

Using Typeform at a coffee company
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform offers a smooth, user-friendly experience that feels more like a conversation than a traditional quiz. This format is especially helpful for our coffee quiz, where we’re guiding customers to discover the coffees that best match their preferences. The design is clean and customizable, which allows us to keep the quiz visually aligned with our brand. We’ve also found the logic jumps and branching features to be powerful—helping us tailor the flow of questions based on each user’s answers. It’s intuitive to build and update, which has made iterating on the quiz fast and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the user experience is great on the front end, the back end can be a bit limiting when it comes to deeper customization. Embedding the quiz on our site occasionally affects page load speed, and we’ve had to workaround some layout constraints to make it feel truly native. Additionally, while the analytics dashboard is functional, it lacks some of the depth we’d like when it comes to understanding user behaviour across the quiz.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform is helping us solve the challenge of choice paralysis—when customers aren’t sure which coffee to buy from our lineup. By turning a complex decision into an engaging, guided experience, the quiz helps users navigate our offerings based on their taste preferences, brewing methods, and desired experience. This ultimately leads to more confident purchases, fewer returns or exchanges, and stronger customer satisfaction.
It also acts as a lightweight onboarding tool, allowing us to learn more about our audience in a way that feels natural and low-pressure. That insight helps us make better product recommendations and tailor future communication. Overall, Typeform is turning what could be a barrier to purchase into a value-added touchpoint.

Super easy to use and looks great
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is clean and intuitive, and the final forms look really professional
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can feel a bit steep if you only need a few forms or basic features. Also, some customisation options (like advanced logic or branding tweaks) are locked behind higher-tier plans, which is a bit frustrating for smaller teams or solo users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s perfect for getting responses without overwhelming people. I use it for feedback and surveys, and it’s never let me down
So easy, so practical
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Typeform allows for a more conversational and user-friendly experience. Its design makes forms feel less like a chore and more like a natural interaction, which helps increase completion rates. The interface is intuitive both for respondents and for those creating
What do you dislike about the product?
While the design is elegant, the customization options for branding can feel limited unless you're on a higher-tier plan. Also, depending on the form complexity, it can be a bit time-consuming to build from scratch without templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform allows us to integrate a self-scheduling form that automatically generates leads and routes them to our team for follow-up via WhatsApp. This has significantly improved our lead capture process, reduced response times, and helped us provide a more immediate and personalized experience to potential patients.
