Organized Interface, But Hard to Learn
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Typeform gives me the opportunity to find people who are a better fit for what I'm doing. The ability to sequence questions and its overall organization and layout particularly stand out to me. I appreciate how these features help in gauging the interest and seriousness of potential clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the setup process of Typeform difficult and overwhelming, especially as someone who is not very tech-savvy. The interface looks too technical for my comfort, making initial usability challenging. I would prefer it to be more user-friendly and easier to understand from the start. The design and layout could be easier on the eyes to facilitate a smoother learning curve for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Typeform to identify suitable clients through targeted questionnaires, which helps focus on serious prospects, enhancing my client acquisition process.
Excellent platform but quite expensive
What do you like best about the product?
Aesthetic, very easy to understand, I use it frequently to send my users forms that are much nicer looking than Google Forms
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very expensive, and the limit for submissions should not be so low.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making aesthetic forms that people want to fill in.
Very useful and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy and quick it is to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can get a bit expensive if inviting all team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to quickly create forms and embed them into our systems.
Simple to use, slick surveys!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how the surveys look and feel to the people taking part. Much better than some others, which can feel dated and more like filling in a spreadsheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
When analysing the results, the results summary is really useful to track progress and to grab quick insights for LinkedIn posts etc. It would be amazing if in the future the results part was developed to make it easier to create a final product using your survey - I currently export the results and then have to make my own charts in excel to get it looking how I want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run an annual salary survey with quite detailed questioning and logic. It makes this process incredibly easy, and has the tools I need in terms of multiple question types and tha ability to align with my own branding.
Brilliant!
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and it also looks great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be expensive and the response limit is annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowed me to carry out market research for potential products.
Great product (though slightly on the expensive side)
What do you like best about the product?
One of the most well designed and intuitive product. Doest what we need and how we need. I would put it at the same level as Figma, Canva in terms of quality
What do you dislike about the product?
It's slightly more expensive, maybe they can have some plan for developing countries with purchasing parity
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used type form to get patient data for our healthcare business
Looks great on the surface, but read this first
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform's interface is undeniably beautiful and modern. It creates a very engaging and conversational experience for the person filling out the form, which is a big plus
What do you dislike about the product?
The business model feels hostile. Essential features like CAPTCHA are locked behind expensive plans, leading to spam. They also make it hard to access your own data if you downgrade. We ultimately switched to FormConvo.com, which has a similar conversational feel but uses AI to get deeper insights without the aggressive paywalls
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially, Typeform solved the problem of boring, static web forms. The immediate benefit was making our surveys look modern and feel more like an interactive conversation, which we hoped would lead to better engagement.
However, this benefit was completely erased by the new problems the platform created. The lack of bot protection on affordable plans meant the tool that was supposed to improve our data collection ended up creating a data integrity crisis for us, with spam submissions polluting our results and wasting our ad spend.

What do you like best about the product?
It's user interface is simple which made it popular option for anyone to create form comprises of questions in any form they wish and response of any format they wish to obtain from the consumers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The no. of responses in free-tier can be increased for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To collect the overall workflow of an individual in a team environment it is vital to collect various information of ongoing process. Typeforms helps me create insightful questions to measure the productivity of the individual by integrating it with my slack channel to remind members to respond to my form benefiting me a lot.
Typeform in Business
What do you like best about the product?
A key feature I like about Typeform is the ability to configure branding templates so that all survey forms created in the company workspace all have the same formatting for consistency and maintaining the corporate brand. Another useful feature, that I benefit from most days, is the ability to integrate the received responses to a Google Sheet - thereby enabling all colleagues access to view the responses, rather than limited to the number of licenses purchased on the platform itself.
In the workflow, it is also possible to set-up email notifications that alert specified colleagues of a completed/partially completed survey response.

What do you dislike about the product?
On the Plus Plan, there are set Content presets available for use, however, it is not possible to edit the field names which would help ensure forms are fully customisable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform is providing us with a user-friendly survey service that aligns well with corporate branding and can be set-up to capture the information required for use internally
Survey creator and analyst
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to create a logic tree for question delivery.
I like the ability to group questions together in sections, this makes longer surveys feel shorter.

What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could be improved for applying design settings. Some of the options are buried in the brand and theme screens. It would be nice to have more control over where the questions and the answers appear on the screen, the layouts are pretty limited. On the data analysis side, it would be nice to have the ability to check questions that are tests so they are eliminated from the results. Right now I have to create a draft survey to test and once it is approved I have to copy the survey and give people a new link to the live version so I can utilize the reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More control of the design than Survey Monkey
