Simple to use and just the right amount of analytics

What do you like best about the product?
It is super simple to create surveys and campaigns that are branded. The UI is simplistic, easy to use, and robust enough to get the right level and analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be quite cost restrictive if you are providing access to large teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Typeform for a number of uses from Market insights, Data capture and CSAT insights.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the standout features of Typeform is its ability to create interactive and conversational surveys. The logic jumps and conditional branching allowed me to customize the survey experience based on respondents' answers, making the process more personalized and engaging.

What do you like best about the product?
It's feature-rich and the workflow is straightforward. Creating forms is easy and many of our users have reported that they enjoy completing forms made in Typeform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want more agency over some of the visuals, like being able to edit the icons for Rating blocks. It would be great for us if there were an easier way to integrate with apps like Smile.io.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform helps us to capture survey data from customers. We use information from the forms for feedback regarding products, customer experience, and feedback for our customer service team.

What do you like best about the product?
Forms on the best. You can do anything you want with Typeform forms. Responsive, with videos and logical tests, easy to collect data and with many integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing turns me down in Typeform. Its forms at excellence! Most try and see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to capture leads to a new product, and the best way for that specific product is the form submissions. The user won't feel tired with a lot of interactions with Typeform.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate TypeForm's innovative approach to data collection. Its intuitive interface, combined with flexibility in form design, truly sets it apart. The ease of creating interactive surveys, forms, or quizzes with varied question types - from multiple choice to drop-down selection, and the use of logic jumps - is particularly impressive. The feature to incorporate media elements like images and videos adds a unique, engaging dimension to forms, promoting higher response rates. Also, TypeForm's seamless integration with our existing CRM, Mailchimp, and Slack systems, offers an enhanced data management process.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main concern with TypeForm lies in its customization limits. While the tool offers a good degree of adaptability, I've encountered instances where we couldn't mold forms as per our niche requirements. For instance, it lacks complex conditional logic and multi-language capabilities, which hinders the user experience at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TypeForm significantly streamlines the data collection process, resolving issues of engagement and completion rates inherent to traditional forms. By facilitating the creation of dynamic, conversational forms, it enhances user engagement. This leads to better quality data and higher completion rates, benefiting my management role by providing more actionable insights. Furthermore, it efficiently integrates with our existing CRM and automation tools, saving time and enhancing productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Creating surveys for our clients has never been easier and more efficient. Typeform came to change the way we ask for the opinion of our clients, whether it is sending the survey by email, creating a landing page or simply sending the survey link to anyone interested.

Typeform came to solve the problem we had with clients who had issues with our e-commerce but did not say so openly. With Typeform, we can create beautiful and intuitive surveys, allowing our clients to give their opinions about our products, thus improving our website and services with their reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
Any problem at this moment but you need a particular level of customization, you must subscribe to a higher-cost tier to get the most out of your surveys.

Besides that, we haven't had any bad experiences with Typeform!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to the fact that our surveys have become more intuitive and easy to answer, our clients answer the surveys much faster, and that has helped us a lot with the conversion rate in various sectors of our company. We can also connect Typeform to our email marketing apps, and depending on who has already responded to the survey, we add them to different automations depending on their responses.

Still the best conversational forms platform

What do you like best about the product?
Typeform has invented conversational forms and is still the most refined platform for them. The platform is intuitive and allows you to get the job done quickly, with most small things handled for you without you even noticing it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to criticise, to be honest, except the cost. It was never cheap, but the prices hiked a while ago and the new plans offer a lot less value for your money than before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data collection. Using conversational forms vs traditional forms definitely improves conversions.

What do you like best about the product?
Its a very cost and time-effective platform with great UI and features. one of the best survey tools I have come across in the market with affordable pricing and service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any new updates or improvements in the platform compared to when I started using 2 years back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform helps me build online surveys and get my customer feedback score with minimal click and shareable links. Its budget friendly model also helps me to utilise it for customer requirements and feedbacks.
