Great lead gen form
What do you like best about the product?
The forms connect easily to our CRM and facebook conversions.
What do you dislike about the product?
No issues with the software. The only issues have been with the logic, but human error!

It is the main sorce for our lead generation.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using typeform to distribute end of the year surveys which have produced a great response rate. It is one of our most engaging marketing tactics.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there are downsides, they are very minor. Overall, I'm a big fan of Typeform.

It helps me create visually appealing surveys which my clients will complete.
Doesn't get easier than Typeform
What do you like best about the product?
Typerform is increadibly easy to use, I have been using it in one capacity or another for the past 4 + years and I honestly don't feel the need to explore alternatives at this point.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain design features a blocked by a pay wall which is a bit dissapointing but also understandable.

Unparalled User-Friendly Inteface for Forms
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Typeform is its user-friendly interface. It's design and customization options allow us to create forms that are different from the existing ones. I like how smooth it runs while filling, it gives a refreshing experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike about Typeform is the pricing. In free and basic plans, the features are very limited and the responses could be increased. Also, file upload features are not available in free-tier plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Typeform in our company to conduct surveys or create forms for booking cabs when employees want to come to the office. Also, if there are any events, to collect information about their participation we use typeform. I also like that we can accept payments from the basic plan itself.

intuitive, easy to use, powerful, flexible and with nice design.

Nope. It is wroking almost perfectly with what I am trying to achieve.

I am using it to perform user reseach - its beatiful layout, interface, features such as logic, are just working superb.
Simple, intuitive, yet customizable to fit any kind of research
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform has a sleek, intuitive design that makes building surveys (for any purpose!) easy. Users (internally and externally) also seem to have a better sense fo security with the platform than some other survey options on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike. For non-internal purposes, at times gathering customer/user information that easily syncs back to your CRM or customer database can be manual, but it's still worth the investment, in my opinion. I much prefer it over other options like Google Forms, Survey Monkey, and such.

We use Typeform for internal surveys, market research, product research, customer research and interviews, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Aside from the ultra-friendly UI both on the form development perspective and for the end user, I love how seamless this integrates with my life. Exporting results is easy, but reading them in the Typeform results page is almost easier than Excel! I love that you can create a beautiful survey that actually makes people want to fill it out too!
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is a bit high. I can't say it's not worth it, because it is. I just wish it were cheaper. Such a small thing to nitpick but if I have to say something, it'd be that.

Helping me get customer feedback, understand my team's goals, learn more about my industry, gather contact information, get detailed input from prospects and helping to organize all of the results!
BEST SURVEY PLATFORM
What do you like best about the product?
I am obsessed with this platform. It has so many features that really help make processes easier. My personal favorite part is the look of Typeform, it's sleek and is very engaging with the user.
What do you dislike about the product?
The forms can sometimes take a while to create (when first using the platform), but they do an excellent job of providing support/tutorials.
