Really user friendly and good value
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is incredibly user friendly and has lots of support documents to help you navigate the settings. The support chat responds quickly and this is consistent for every time I have contacted them. Also great cost value!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I have disliked while using the platform so far

What do you like best about the product?
We use Typeform monthly to collect NPS and CSAT scores, and it's been incredibly smooth and efficient. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to build and launch surveys quickly. Our team especially appreciates how easy it is to export the results, which we use for further analysis in our internal reporting tools. The overall design and user experience are also a big plus - it feels modern and engaging for respondents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing comes to mind. We've had no negative experiences with Typeform so far. It's reliable, simple to use, and covers all our current needs without any hassle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform helps us gather structured, recurring feedback from our users through monthly NPS and CSAT surveys. It allows us to quickly spot trends, measure satisfaction over time, and easily share insights with other teams. The ability to export data seamlessly is a major benefit, as it integrates well with our broader analytics workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been using typeform in our business for about 3 years now. Super user friendly . Easy & sleek. system and our clients love the professional look of filling out their feedback forms and surveys each week. Wouldn’t switch to anything else.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the app crashes which is rare. But we use type form so much that if we can see our turns we’re screwed

The branding options are most helpful for our charity.

Lack of cross-tab reporting would be very handy for my colleagues.

Typeform is helping us engage with the single parents that our charity supports and also when engaging with colleagues and our peers. Simplicity of creation of surveys and the logic options makes the best use of time for us.

Flexible and powerful survey tool
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform makes it easy to implement complex question logic, and it works flawlessly on mobile—even with forms containing over 100 questions. I also appreciated how simple it was to integrate other tools through connectors and build a smooth workflow.

I honestly don't have any downsides at this moment.

My platform collects user data and analyzes it to generate personalized reports. Typeform makes it easy to set up logic-based question branches and collect detailed user input, whether they're on mobile or desktop.
Smooth UX, great workflows
What do you like best about the product?
Impeccable UX when filling out the form leads to much better conversion! Big fan of the analytics, the workflows, and the overall experience. Integrates easily with all things via native integration (decent) or Zapier (fantastic).
I use it daily on my website, as do my users. Haven't had to deal with customer support yet, which is a good thing as everything's working flawlessly.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's quite expensive compared to other players, but given that a core part of my business runs through Typeform, I'm happy to pay that price. Would hate to lose submissions inside the funnel.
The native integrations are a bit wonky at times, would prefer to just run everything via Zapier.

Happy user of Typeform for 5+ years - fast, reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to quickly create surveys and questionnaires for projects and programmes. Building documents and questions is swift - the logic system helps guide your work and the interface is very reliable. We've created 50+ different Typeforms over the years. These have been great for onboarding new cohort members before a project and then surveying them after. We have integrated it with Google Docs and also embedded forms on our official sits.
What do you dislike about the product?
The small number of seats - I have to sometimes reassign accounts to my team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly capturing registration data; helping us repeat surveys and templates to save time; being able to poll out audiences about successes and to get quick feedback
Best Form powered solutions
What do you like best about the product?
We are using Type form for a lot of proposals, such as demo call, lead generation, form submission for visas client, collected payments and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases, it would be great have a CRM system in Typeform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and designed form for customers, automated collection payments, don’t need to build form in site, just integrate and that’s it.

It's easy to use. I enjoy the simplicity of the system.

Nothing really. Maybe they could ask for more prompts to help facilitate responses.
