Great Survey tool- Typeform
What do you like best about the product?
-A lot of tools to personalize the surveys
-Dynamic tool to organize flows
-Easy to manage

-Some features are not still active (add more graphics to the slides)

-Typeform is a nice platform to create in an easy way surveys for customer service, human resources, and other

There is nothing that I dislike about Typeform.

Surveying operators about certain issues and fixes to see if we prioritize them

That I can design the flow of my survey, choose different types of questions, and customize it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lack of more personalization when viewing the results, and I think 10 free responses per month is quite low.

Customization of results
Aesthetic surveys, easy reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is the most customizable survey platform, which is very useful for me. The survey logic is also very helpful - it saves time by not showing every question to every user. It's also easy to send survey results, and I appreciate that users don't need an account to view them. This makes it easier for a large company to share data without every stakeholder creating an account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Typeform could improve by adding even more results and insights to the results page. I'd also like to customize what data I'm sending out when sharing the results link. Maybe Typeform could work with AI to generate more attractive and more custom reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform is useful to us in terms of planning events, lead capture, plus employee and customer surveys. It saves us time in these areas and integrates pretty well with other platforms we use.

What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is a super easy and fun way to create online forms and surveys. The designs look great, and the interactive style keeps people engaged. Fairly easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s a bit pricey for the advanced features, and you might find the customization options limited for complex stuff, but it’s definitely worth trying.

Market research and data collection.
Its great like, really great but way too expensive

UI, customisable interface - so smooth - easy to set up, much prettier than google forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is so expensive - £25 a month or around that and you can't remove branding - woefully low form submission limits for the cost. Lots of alternative otpions which are 80% as good for 20% the price (at scale !)

I found it excellent for receiving feedback on design solutions, it allowed me to take the input from multiple users and organise it in a way that allowed me to weigh my approach in regards to prioritising features and addressing concerns

I found it frustrating sometimes encountering paywalls, but that wasn't unexpected with a paid service

It allowed me to receive feedback and tailor the process of how that feedback was collected to address my specific goals for development

What do you like best about the product?
Its very easy to set up and comes with tonnes of integrations. I don't think i have seen any other form with so many. This makes it appopriate for collecting nearly any kind of data and then piping through to your teams source of truth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really. I do wish it could save my responeses to form that i use frequently, like we use it for IT assistance and shouldn't be filling in my name each time.

Collecting data in an easy to use form and pushing it to the right application.
