Intuitive tool that meets all needs
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way we can customize the flow according to each question and how each score in the response can direct you to a new flow. I also really like the layout of the tool, the organization of the information also helps a lot for anyone to be able to create a new form.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only point I find important and they haven't adapted yet is for the platform to have the Portuguese language. I believe there are many companies in Brazil that use the tool and within the organizations not everyone speaks English.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We help prioritize our deliveries and get to know our customers.
Great product experience
What do you like best about the product?
The UX of Typeform is unmatched by any other product out there. It also integrates well with Slack, email etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't find a native integration with Hubspot

Fast and easy to create simple form to test things.

It's a bit restrictive sometimes. To make it easy the features a somewhat simplistic, but they serve a purpose.

Quick form-based workflows without having to build custom stuff.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a power user of Typeform and absolutely love it. Integrations with google sheet and therefore looker, Logic , Ease of creating a form using AI feature, all top class!

Can not think of any at the moment. I really love the product.

We run our CSATs, Academy Surveys, Certifications, Assessments all using Typeform at CloudZero.
Super Fast and Intuitive Forms with no learning Curve!!
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform was fast and easy to use. No struggling to figure out how it works. I wish all platforms were this easy! I was able to find and send links to clients, I use it several times a week and will likely increase my use of typeform, It was easy to plug in to my app platform at Passion.io.

There is nothing I dislike at this time.

Easily capturing all the critical info I need to serve my clients and be able to find everyone in one place.

It is easy to use and fairly easy to learn new features.

Somnetimes the reuslts emails get pushed into Spam due to having n unusual sender email address.

Service not working properly
What do you like best about the product?
Easy configuration, lot of options to select.

Responses not working properly, forced to fill out survey in order to cancel subscription.

We wanted to create surveys for our customers and users, which was quite easy.
We subscribed for a plan for $55 per month (!) to get 1,000 responses. The admin panel always showed that there are new responses, on other surveys it showed there were no new responses although there were.
The customer service knew about it and reported that it has been fixed, anyway it still wasn't fixed. Then it was claimed that it was due to the browser cache - but even though we cleared it and tried it with another browser, still the same problem. This way we were unable to check whether new responses have arrived or not. Useless service for a lot of money.
The craziest thing: When we wanted to cancel our subscription, we were forced to go through a cancellation survey first. Without this, a cancellation was not possible!

Amazing Survey tool
What do you like best about the product?
Its ease of setup and duplicating the templates to use in an another form
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the UI can improve, they haven't brought out any changes in the UI in sometime

We send it out to the customers, so that they can use it to give us their unique orders, our orders are very complicated.
