Using Typeform to collect Leads
What do you like best about the product?
- The visual experience of going through a Typeform to fill in boring admin info about yourself. Our leads get a far better experience!
- The level of integrations Typerform has, allowing us to easily recover the inputs into our CRM and alert the team for the new lead received already created in our CRM as a lead,

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, Typeofrm is easy to use and to interact with other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increase the customer experience to leave a lead and integrating with our CRM tool.
This allows us to receive more leads and have an already automated reach out flow.

Excellent form building site
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Typeform is how easy it is to create complex forms and still make it personal to the person filling the form out. It has vastly reduced spam submissions on my website and increased general enquiries. The results page is also useful for collecting customers' stats super quick. I feel like I have only touched the surface with what Typeform can do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that they have a premium service and some tools are unavailable unless you pay a higher a price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We got Typeform to build complex forms and make them easy to use for the user. A lot of our forms depend on a variety of attributes about the customer and that changes how the form is answered. Using Typeform's easy to use interface ensures that each customer has a personal form.
We originally bought Typeform to build a quiz for the website which has different results depending on the answers. This was something our website devs couldn't build - but by far the best part of the quiz is how easy it is to look into the data of the results.

Very intuitive, clear, fast, optimized, activatable

The free plan is very limited (only 10 responses per month).

It allows me to both build databases and capture leads.
A must have for email marketing
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to create forms and to integrate with tools like Klaviyo, it has helped me capture data to later personalize email flows. Huge game changer. Also, the customization options let me keep everything on brand while improving engagement

I love it, but the price can be a bit pricey if I want more higher response limits

We like the branching for nested questions, user-friendly UX, easy to customize to your brand and the integration with Klaviyo.

To be honest, we have not found something that we dislike yet, but we've only had it for a short period of time.

Powerful Survey Tool with Intuitive Logic Mapping
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you have a lot of freedom for different survey pathways. If you receive negative feedback, you can find out more with one line of questioning while, if you receive positive feedback, you can ask for permission to use this as a review in another line of questioning.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that there should be more 'viewer' seats with the basic package. Having to set up an automatic export so that teams that should not use or manipulate this tool but need to review the results is excessive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use typeform to capture trip and booking feedback primarily, it's a great tool that we embed in our client emails and we love that we can see results from years ago no matter how many responses we receive. We also have used this for NPS and other marketing surveys in my organization, allowing us to get a better grasp on how our current customers feel about Savoya.
Great, but could use some updates on integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are various integrations, like Google Sheets, Slack, etc. that you can use to connect to your typeform. it is easy to use and the customer support is great and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could change the language on some set templates. Also there are some integrations that need updates so all pertient infomation is transfered.

We are able to register customers for events and allow them to purchase books.

While Typeform offers a great experience, the pricing can be a bit high for small businesses or individual users. While the design is excellent, heavy customization beyond the provided templates can be slightly limited.
