User friendly and intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the simplicity of Typeform, it is so easy to create on brand forms that showcase our brand in a much more professional way in comparison to a google form. I have found since using Typeform we have had a lot more engagement since using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good to be able to have a more streamlined way to exclude non-work emails as as adding email types individually is more time consuming. It would be ideal to have videos we have in Typeform to have analytics and heat maps to see how people are engaging with the videos to see what they love most, at what point do they drop out. If this could be done from the raw video footage rather than using Youtube or Vimeo so we can track all this on one place
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Typeform internally to run surveys and everyone has found it much easier and faster to complete now that Typeform is being used. We also use the platform to gate pre recorded demos for those who may not be totally ready as of yet to book a demo.

What do you like best about the product?
The smooth interface and the ease of creating and editing forms
What do you dislike about the product?
We're unable to download responses as pdfs, which we need in some circumstances to keep records in our CRM
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to customise lead capture workflows, and make forms more engaging that what we had previously

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Typeform are the constant updates and the simplification of functions and also that it is super easy to explain to customers and integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I would like to see changed in the future is, for example, the fulfillment of commission promises for referrals, which worked great with Partnerstack, but unfortunately it has been restricted and the chat bot is more exhausting than helpful, as with any other technology tool

I like the smooth transition, the easy interface and easy possibility of integration and implementation on other platforms and API
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much personalization, it feels kinda limited in this to make it more appealing and fun for young people in the structure of a questionnaire
