Effortless, Secure, and Client-Ready Survey Solution
What do you like best about the product?
As Creative Director and Principal at Metadesign & Development, I’ve relied on Typeform for years to gather feedback, onboard new clients, and run internal assessments. The interface is incredibly intuitive—building multi-step forms feels more like designing a conversation than wrestling with fields and checkboxes. Sharing results is a breeze: once a form closes, I can instantly send beautifully formatted reports to clients or export data for deeper analysis. Above all, Typeform’s enterprise-grade security gives me full confidence that our clients’ and users’ data are protected at every step.
What do you dislike about the product?
The premium plans can be pricey for advanced features; a more flexible mid-tier option would be welcome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform removes the friction of dull, hard-to-build surveys and fragmented data by offering a smooth, conversational builder and unified reporting—backed by enterprise-grade security. As a result, I see higher completion rates, spend far less time on setup and analysis, and have full confidence in protecting client data.
Easy to use for us and for customers
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform's platform is easy for me to administrate for our company. We primarily use the tool to build form for inbound leads, but there are a ton of use cases. It integrates well into our Tech Stack (HubSpot, Calendly, etc.). The forms are simple to make and the user experience is great from an ease of use and visual standpoint. Definitely recommend using this best-in-class product.

Too many features locked behind higher paywalls (like engagement/drop offs/etc.)

What do you dislike about the product?
The monthly subscription gets expensive. While we see the value of it, we often use type of clients and if they are low volume, they don't always get it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a big fan of the different third-party apps. I can connect Typeform to. We frequently use HubSpot, mailChimp, and Calendly.
Perfect tool for lead qualification & progressive forms
What do you like best about the product?
The UI & UX are just flawless. Even with other form tools out there offering progressive form options, they just don't quite meet the bar that Typeform has set.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything. I've successfully used HubSpot integration & form branching/logic & haven't run into any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For many of our lead magnets and content offers, we use a basic form and landing page, but then reroute contacts who convert onto a Typeform to ask lead qualification questions. Qualified buyers are then shown the option to book a call with our sales team. It's helped us segment our list, book more sales calls, and differentiate between hot and cold leads that fit our ICP.

Effortless Form Building with a Sleek Interface
What do you like best about the product?
What I liked best about Typeform is its user-friendly, visually appealing interface that makes creating forms feel more like designing a conversation than filling out a survey. The drag-and-drop builder is intuitive, and the wide range of templates helped me get started quickly without having to build everything from scratch. And the conditional logic and customization options are truly the best—allowing for personalized and engaging forms that stand out compared to more traditional tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside of Typeform is the very limited response cap on the free plan—just 10 responses per month—which feels a bit too restrictive. When you're first starting to incorporate forms into your processes, it’s hard to predict how many responses you might get, so having a bit more flexibility, like 20 or 25 responses, would make it easier to gauge whether the tool fits your needs. I'm currently on a paid plan, but I think a slightly more generous free tier would make the transition into using Typeform smoother for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform is helping me streamline the client onboarding process by making my detailed copy brief—often 30 to 50+ questions—feel much less overwhelming. Its clean, conversational interface and ability to personalize each step make the experience smoother and more engaging for clients, which leads to better completion rates and more thoughtful responses.
