What do you like best about the product?
Its fantastic, very easy to use - simple form builders with complex answer selections.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way you view the answers to the forms is a bit tricky, it tries to fit lots of information into one page and its hard to export this properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use type form to get key information from our clients, which is so much easier than sending a word document - and it looks a million times better!

I love how intuitive and user-friendly Typeform is! Building forms is a breeze, even if you're not tech-savvy. The drag-and-drop interface is super smooth, and the customization options are great—you can make forms that actually match your brand vibe. Typeform's conversational approach makes respondents feel like they're having a chat rather than filling out a boring form. The data collection and analysis features are very easy to understand and act on, eliminating the need for messy spreadsheets. The setup was a breeze, and the interface is so intuitive that I got a form live in just 10 minutes with the help of templates. I also appreciate how Typeform plays well with tons of tools like Google Sheets, Mailchimp, Slack, and Zapier, making integrations seamless. The way Typeform feels more human and interactive is a game-changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that can be a bit limiting is the customization for super complex logic flows. 😅 Sometimes you need that extra bit of complexity, and it gets a bit tricky. Also, while the templates are awesome, it'd be great to see more industry-specific ones (e.g., more tailored for NGOs, healthcare, etc.). Oh, and pricing can get a bit steep if you're on a tight budget and need advanced features. 🤑

Typeform solves the 'form-dropoff' issue with its conversational approach, making forms more engaging. It simplifies data collection and analysis, eliminating messy spreadsheets and enhancing the user experience.

The price seems a bit high to me, and I also dislike that there is no phone support available.

Typeform is the most user-friendly form creation software I've used. I love the variety of forms you can create, and it's also a user-friendly experience for prospects and customers taking the form. It integrates with all of our tools, can easily be embedded on our site, and is just all-around a great product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one tiny thing I don't love about Typeform is that there is an "Ok" or "Submit" button on each question that you can't get rid of. It's unnecessary because when you answer a question, it automatically goes to the next screen.

The one-question-at-a-time format feels like a conversation instead of homework. People don't see this giant wall of fields and immediately close the tab. The logic jumps work flawlessly too, so you can create these branching paths that feel personalized without any coding.

What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan is basically useless unless you're collecting like 10 responses total. Once you need any real functionality (branding removal, logic jumps, more than 100 responses per month), you're looking at $25/month minimum. And if you want things like payment collection or file uploads, you need the $50/month plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used it for customer feedback surveys, event registrations, even a quiz for our team meeting, and every time I'm impressed by how many people actually finish.

Additionally, I use it alongside Microsoft Edge and other software without any problem, which showcases its compatibility and ease of use in a tech-driven environment. My team fully relies on Typeform because it's comprehensive enough to meet all our needs efficiently. Setting up the platform is straightforward and doesn't require extensive effort, making it a user-friendly experience overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
I noticed an issue with Typeform's emails being sent to the promotions tab in Gmail instead of the primary inbox. This made it difficult to see important emails easily. However, it seems like this problem has been addressed now, as I received a confirmation that this issue was solved.
