What do you like best about the product?
It is user friendly for our associates and alot of kpi metrics are available for leaders
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like an easier way to see agents line of business and maybe be able to see all queues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an easy platform for our agents to connect with our customers via live chat

Decent System, Could Use Some Work

What do you like best about the product?
It's pretty Simple to use once you know your way around it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It bugs out a lot. Sometimes even when you get notifications on cases they don't show up on your queue, which can make you almost miss cases. Whenever we use it to work cases that are also part of another system, the cases don't integrate fully. This can be a problem since we use this system frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
This it tool I use every day for my day-to-day job. It's easy and very efficient with dashboards, automatic reports, content creation as well as with the calendar planning. I love the comparison mode in analytics reporting's.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing missing is more tools on the Instagram stories and reels side. I would love to be able to program my stories on Sprinklr using the Quiz, Poll, Countdown, etc. tools. For reels, I would love to be able to pick the picture I want on the cover of the reel, as well as have the option to add music on top of the video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't use Sprinklr Service.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr offers a unified platform where we can manage social listening, customer service, and reporting all in one place. The ability to monitor multiple channels in real-time and generate actionable insights helps us anticipate trends and respond quickly to customer needs. The system of tags and filters is also very efficient for organizing large volumes of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the platform can seem too complex. It takes some time to adapt to learn all the features, and the interface could be more intuitive, especially for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr helps us monitor in real-time what consumers are saying about the brand on social media, which allows us to act quickly and strategically. Additionally, it centralizes customer service on a single platform, which improves team efficiency and ensures a more consistent experience for the consumer. The automatic reports also help to show results more swiftly.

What do you like best about the product?
I love having access to all of my accounts from one place. i truly enjoy the fact that I can tailor each individual post on each platform, too! Anytime I have an issue, customer support is there to help very quickly! I use it every single day to get all of my posts in order.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I guess I think about the most is not being able to add text to my Instagram Stories and my TikTok videos. Having to export to mobile and then back to computer can be an extra step that takes up extra time instead of saving time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We just had a meeting with the Sprinklr reps and talked about our ideas and what we want implemented. They are working on solving a cover photo issue for us and an issue where events don't pop up in the calendar.

Great software but has one too many things

What do you like best about the product?
I love the way in which the software can show a great improvement in customer support and service. It's pretty easy to use and once you get a hold of the features, it is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has waaaaay to many things that in the field, we don't use. All the profile properties just take up space since most of the times it does not show any valuable information. Same with the case details space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making customer service easier and faster.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprinklr gives you options for different platforms and presets for photos, videos, gifs etc. It is nice to not have to provide your own images. I also like that you can schedule posts for the future. Sprinklr offers a wide variety of features that allows you to choose which options best suits your marketing needs. In society today, I feel like a lot of companies hire a specified marketing or social media employee. This app allows not only one employee, but up to however many employees to have access and it honestly only takes a few minutes per post. This app cuts down tremendously on the time marketing usually takes and the costs-which is very much important to most businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally have not seen any downsides to Sprinklr. I thought it was helpful that my company provided me a module to learn how to use and navigate Sprinklr before I started going onto the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company simply uses Sprinklr for marketing purposes. Sprinklr is allowing us to post advertisements on Facebook and Instagram that are pre-set by the company and and are able to post as our own dental office as well. This is allowing us to save time and money with marketing that we would otherwise have to budget for.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a versatile and user-friendly platform that offers a variety of useful features, making it an excellent choice for a wide range of users.
What do you dislike about the product?
This isn't related to Sprinklr, but more so to my actual job. However, my use of it is very limited, and I want to learn more about how to navigate it. It can be difficult to train myself, despite the online trainings provided through Sprinklr.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr helps with many of our automation needs for managing our social media platforms. Our workflow has improved.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr is a useful platform that makes managing social media much more efficient. Its interface is intuitive, allowing for easy planning and scheduling of organic posts across channels. I also appreciate the ability to build detailed reports for paid social campaigns within the same platform. Having both paid and organic capabilities in one place improves workflow and ensures consistency across teams. Overall, Sprinklr is a valuable tool for any organization looking to effectively manage and measure their social media efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Sprinklr is a useful platform, one challenge is that the performance metrics for paid campaigns don’t always align exactly with the data shown in the native social media platforms. This can require additional time to reconcile reporting. Additionally, I’ve encountered occasional bugs when scheduling paid social campaigns, which sometimes require technical support or manual adjustments to resolve. Customer service has been helpful to solve these issues.

Sprinklr helps our company manage social media more efficiently by bringing paid and organic functions into one platform. Before, teams had to use multiple tools to plan content, schedule posts, and report on performance, which led to fragmented workflows and extra manual work. With Sprinklr, we can plan campaigns, publish content, and build reports all in one place. This improves collaboration across teams, saves time, and provides a more complete view of social media performance. Having unified data also supports better decision-making and ensures our brand messaging is consistent across channels. Also, Sprinklr allows us to be compliant with regulations and guidelines that we need to follow in our line of work.
