Sprinklr is really easy to use, really complete to manage different social media
What do you like best about the product?
The diversity of the app. the possibility to manage different plateform

Getting cases with delays sometimes and not being able to see the team target.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so intuitive! This interface is also very user friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
If possible, it has so many options. Therefore, it's easy to go down a rabbit hole, fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The timer gives me anxiety when in an active queue. But it also helps to keep me focused.

It may seem overwhelming at first, but the support team is easily accessible, knowledgeable, and attentive.

I can always count on the Sprinklr team to look into any issues we may have. They are very responsive and cover all the bases in our weekly meetings.

A few capabilities aren't there that would be very helpful for us.

We're able to quickly respond to any concerns our customers have.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to see previous cases, to keep abreast of our previous interactions with a customer. This makes repetitive information something we don't need to ask for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing. I love the platform. It's easy to learn and use, easy to train new staff on, and easy to work with day in and day out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We seem to solve the high volume of customer interaction we receive. The platform allows us to have multiple users working within the program at a time. We've definitely seen an uptick in customer satisfaction scores.

I like that Sprinklr creates one platform for any social media needs.

Some of the processes aren't intuitive for beginners

Centralizing social media platforms and social mentions
I love Sprinklr, It is super fast and user friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
I get notifications everywhere whenever I get a new case to work on.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Sprinklr.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to work on more reservations trough Sprinklr rather than being on the phone and spend more time helping only 1 guest.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact you can, at a simple glance, view current and past conversations with users, without having to dig deep to find them.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you start drafting a message and then switch to another tab within Sprinklr, the draft will be lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By being able to see the conversation history had with a customer, I am able to quickly assess the needs of the case and not ask the customer for any information we might already have.

A great all-in-one solution with a relatively steep learning curve.

What do you like best about the product?
If it weren't for Sprinklr Modern Care, our team wouldn't see many of the responses and tagged mentions for our brands. What I like best is the ability to swiftly identify and respond to these community mentions, as well as to be able to work in the same system as my co-workers and to send messages back and forth to one another.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still improvements to be made with the auto-tagging portion of the system. For example, we tag our inbound messages for categories like Brand Feelings, Product Variants, Package/Product Questions, Global, etc. When the system improperly identifies the messages, this later ends up effecting our reporting or our ability to look up specific message themes to provide to the client and in turn, improve our responses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is having issues with auto-tagging, which in turn negatively effects our Sprinklr reporting, like mentioned above. There are also some bugs with how Instagram messages on paid content come into Sprinklr. They often will come in, but for some reason can not always be responded to in the Sprinklr platform, making users have to respond natively in Instagram. Additionally, not all video content will publish directly from Sprinklr to Instagram due to sizing issues.
The benefits are being able to swiftly answer members of our brand communities. We often see mentions where people tag us outside of our owned social media posts that we would not have seen if it weren't for Sprinklr. Additionally, the ability to tag and track our owned content is an extremely valuable function within Sprinklr.
