What do you like best about the product?
Advanced analytics. The platform has strong analytics capabilities that give businesses data-driven insights into social media performance, customer engagement, sentiment analysis, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Chatbot Technical problems: While using the Sprinklr Service, we encountered inevitable glitches or technical issues. The user experience may be impacted, necessitating further support or troubleshooting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teams are able to communicate more successfully, respond to client inquiries more quickly, and increase productivity because to data-driven insights, social media management, improved team collaboration, and workflow efficiency.
Great tool for compliance, best support
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr is a complete tool. It is most helpful for companies that are big and need all the information in one place. The support team is always there to help you and is really hands-on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are still unavailable - such as stickers on stories, which make you need secure native access. The numbers on dashboards also don't always reflect what the platforms have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily compliance - we work in a big company, and there are lots of stakeholders who need to have access to social media. Imagine doing that in the old days, sharing passwords with new people daily.

Sprinklr get me data from various of my account in one place, which helps in analyzing my content at one platform including Live video data which is amazing
Great for large companies
What do you like best about the product?
I love the all-in-one CRM interface. It makes it easier to navigate and toggle between cases seamlessly. Having all of the communications in one place makes for an efficient workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lagging macros can be frustrating when you accidentally re-reply to something because it was still in the queue. I think it could be faster and more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am all about efficiency, so having everything all in one place is only truly helpful if the program can keep up with the demand of speed and data being constantly used, by many users all at the same time.

I do not have any dislikes. I really enjoy using the program to solve cases.

It allows us to receive an alert each time our company name is mentioned so that we can target the question and concern and quickly resolve it.

What do you dislike about the product?
While there are no significant cons of the tool, lately, I have encountered an error that pops up, so I have to log out and back in.

Sprinklr allows me to monitor various social media platforms in one place. Master agent productivity helps to analyze individual performance giving an insight into multiple parameters. The Best thing is I can select the most relevant parameters and scrape data for the same.
One Dashboard Limitless Possibilities
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr is very customizable. We are able to pull in customer VOCs from different channels and respond through a single dashboard instead of having multiple places to respond due to customers sending messages through various channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating the dashboards can be a little challenging. However, if you have a Sprinklr employee assisting, this makes the process much easier. So far, Sprinklr support has been wonderful to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr allows us to respond to customers in one place instead of logging into all the different channels. This saves a lot of time and allows for easier reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate the most about Sprinklr is how user-friendly it is. Once you understand the features, it is pretty intuitive. I think the interface is also really easy to look and and extract data from.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found that my managed services people either don't come back with a useable solution or they never get back to me at all. Sprinklr is extremely complex in what it can do, but the effort has to be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Often I feel that they dont solve my problem and I have to figure out my own solution. I am able to this because I have years of experience with Sprinklr both as a teacher, admin and user.

Sometimes there are glitches such as unexpected logouts, uneven distribution of workload etc.

Comprehensive Platform with Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr has the most robust platform I have seen for social media management. The ability to customize and the level of detail we can drill down to is outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a whole lot to dislike that is Sprinklr's fault. Any issues or faults I have with the platform are typically API limitations, and our reps do their best to help prioritize and push our needs with the various social platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It bridges the gaps between social platforms and our internal CRM, streamlining processes and allowing there to be a single source of truth that is consistent across various outlets.
