Very efficient social listening tool!!
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr has a social listening tool as been very convenient as it provides deep insights of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really dislike! But just to give a feedback. Sprinklr can introduce more templeated colours in background other than dark mode and light mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As Sprinklr provides you the deep insights of customer feed with just one click. It really becomes very easy as you can access everything in one click rather than doing it manually!
It's the most user friendly tool to manage all the social media platforms at one place.
What do you like best about the product?
The approver feature! where the agent reply to a query and it goes under approver queue. Which is one of the great feature which helps user to rectify responses if its wrong. The notification panel where the cases are notified even when the tags are changed or if the case is recreated. Reports are so detailed and perfect specially the case hold up time calculator.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when you try to login during the start of the day, when you click on login, the tab takes time to go to main dashboard. Then you have to reload the whole chrome tab and then its processed in moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinkler is helping us to manage all our brand's social media platforms under one roof. Its helping us to manage the customer's complaints and queries in one single tab which is the best feature. Features like approval dashboard and report dashboard are most useful feature which we can use on daily basis to track the productivity and quality of our brand.
SPRINKLR- the multi purpose king
What do you like best about the product?
Personally speaking I've used many tools in my previous organizations like sales force, help desk etc. But Sprinklr, by far is the best tool I have come across. The comprehension of Sprinklr service is easy to go and very user friendly. Everything so easily explained and smooth functioning. It reduces the effort to perform any task. The different channel feature helps in multi tasking and handling different processes in one go. The other best service I like about Sprinklr is its customization. It has prompt service.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be fair enough Sprinklr does have some drawbacks but for me, those are negligible. But stil to mention a few Sprinklr seems to be less stable at times. So, it does have stability issue it becomes a bit difficult to rely on it. Hence, it hampers the productivity. The customer support sytem of Sprinklr goes haywire at times. When Sprinklr goes down it becomes challenging to get in touch with a customer representative. Sprinklr is not cost efficient as it is an expensive tool and not every small businesses can afford.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr helps me to communicate and cordinate well with the team. This way, it increases the productivity at the same time saving efforts and reduces duration. Sprinklr helps to manage risks that benefits us with less compliance issue. Sorinklr is employee friendly unlike other tools in the market. Hence, it fun to use and gives higher productivity. It seldom lack. The notification panel of sound and display is on point. The dark mode helps to work during the night shift by reducing the stress on eyes and vice versa in the day shift. The Aux section is very nicely categorized in terms every aspect (break, training, tier change, and other roles). The Tab system is helps us to differentiate between the tiers and other assignment channels. The supervisor access helps the team to have a complete knowledge of the activity of an agent right from logging in to logging out. The case creation and the associate and disassociate feature of Sprinklr beats every other tool.

Sprinklr helps to provide consolidated data with comparison mode for ease of analysis. The presentation features can be useful to avoid any MS work

At times picking measurements and dimensions can be tricky.

Sprinklr is the go to tool any listening feedback and working on Care Console. It ensure all platforms can be worked together

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr Service is one of the finest tools to solve multiple problems related to marketing. No other tools come even close to this tool's amazing user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the Sprinklr Service's mobile application as it has a few glitches which can be resolved and thus it can be more enhanced and compatible with mobile devices.

Sprinklr service is helping our business to be more productive by saving time and increasing the quality of work as compared to other CRM tools and thus providing us a great experience.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of Sprinklr is its UI. With being Simple, Stylish & User Friendly, it allows the user to create, schedule, and publish posts across various social media platforms using a single interface. With Sprinklr its very convenient to access history of the customer thus helping in engaging with them. Customizable macros is a big win of Sprinklr above all. You can customize Sprinklr according to your preference also no need to be too much tech savy to operate the tool and to use the features. It's Autosave feature allows us to continue the work from where we left it behind. Being assosciated with the tool since 3 years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprinklr's vast features can be advantageous, but some users may find them to be too much for them. Slow loading times and glitches sometimes can be frustrating and disrupt efficient workflow management. Has a mobile app too, but with limitations.

We can engage with the customers directly on various channels through comments, private messages, DMs. Sprinklr monitors the brand mentions, trends, etc. over the social media thus providing us insights for customer sentiments & market. Sprinklr offer information on engagement metrics, follower growth, post performance, and other factors. Audience can be divided based on a variety of factors, enabling the delivery of customised content and targeted messaging. We can set automated workflows for approvals, content publishing, and customer service. Sprinklr offers tools to manage social media accounts and campaigns across many countries and languages, making it ideal for companies with a global presence.

This tool gives insights which are relevant to the brand , along with that it also give what our competitiors are doing. It help in brand analysis and real time data.

The dashboard is full of widgets and sometimes it takes a few minutes to roll out the data.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about this tool is its importance to every minute detail. From case history to, codes to reply details, this tool offers all at once. Another best part is users can customize the tool as per their needs, creating a new dashboard or adding widgets is very easy even for people from a non-technical background.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to say here but the only issue that the team can take care of is the late assignment of cases at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For a CRM service, Sprinklr is of great help in improving the customer service experience. Social listening with Sprinklr is way easier compared to other tools. It helps to capture real-time customer feedback and address service complaints for the Social listening team. It's engagement dashboard helps in giving an insight on how brand contents are doing online.

What do you like best about the product?
As I am active user of this social listening tool and had hand on other social listening tool also. Talking best about spriklr, the appropriate history of the customer, division of dashboard, fast implementation of new thing as per requirment is best thing about this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really the dislike! But as a feedback, I will definitely would suggest to get more attractive themes as we currently have only two. Along with that if get password expiration within couple of months would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There were quite few suggestions which was required for the betterment of the process and my suggestion was made into the tool with two or three weeks which benefited the process alot!
