What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr is highly useful for multitasking, providing better outcomes to our clients, and improving productivity as a whole. Sprinklr enables us to be extremely engaged in our work while using multiple social media networks on one screen. Unlike some other social solutions that make the same promise, Sprinklr is true enterprise software. Listening, Publishing, Campaign, Management, Content Management, and Social Media (where I work) are just a few of the social media topics that Sprinklr addresses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the functionality of the Sprinklr Service is limited on mobile devices, it is still usable. The program may be improved further to make it more mobile-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Sprinkler to manage all of our brand's social media channels in one place. The finest advantage is that it helps us manage customer complaints and inquiries in a single tab. We may use features like approval dashboards and report dashboards on a daily basis to monitor the output and caliber of our brand.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr allows users to manage several social media platforms and digital channels from a single dashboard, which is useful for enterprises with a large online presence. Sprinklr is the best tool I have used so far when it comes to customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Sprinklr normally provides customer support, some users have reported that response times might vary, which can be a problem when quick assistance is required. Since it has multiple options it becomes confusing to understand at times. Obtaining a high level of customization inside the platform might be difficult at times, resulting in dissatisfaction for users with specialized workflow requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tier system is well-disturbed and organized when it comes to the workload. Sprinklr has the best user interface ( simple and easy to use and understand ). Sprinker has quite an exciting feature to use according to the shift environments for eg dark mode hence making it exciting to work at all times. The notification panel is so well-designed that it is simple to navigate. It has segregated the tabs in such a way that it can be easier for me to toggle and multitask.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used many tools in my previous organizations but, by far Sprinklr is the best. Sprinklr helps the business to grow.
Sprinklr makes the business sorted to connect your customers feedback from social media platforms like Twitter, Instagram & Facebook. It makes it easier to reply to customers and bifurcate the feedbacks as per the sentiment of the case by using simple tags.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprinklr needs fast internet or it lags. Sprinklr gets hanged most of the time where the flow of cases is more. Sometimes the available aux turn to unavailable after the period of 40 minutes which actually is a drawback due to the auto changing of the aux. Sometimes it takes a longer time to reflect on cases. Sprinklr is not cost effective hence not everyone can afford it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The options of different tabs on one screen help us monitor and work on different tabs with simple clicks. The dark mode feature in the night shift makes it easier for me to complete the long tiring shift. Cases that get published on social media platforms notification helps us to track the number of responses. The tier system makes the team well organized in terms of case distribution and tasks. I'm not a multi-tasker, but Sprinklr helps me to be one. The auto-save feature of Sprinklr is the best among all the othe features.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr helps businesses engage with their customers across various channels, including social media, email, and chat. This can enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Easy to use and handle.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not cost-efficient hence not everyone can afford it. It has so many features that it becomes confusing at times. Sometimes it hangs.
Sometimes it lacks While Sprinklr offers many features, it may not always be easy to customize the platform to specific business needs. This can be a limitation of using this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr's benefit: It can scale to meet the needs of growing organizations, accommodating more channels, teams, and complex workflows. It helps businesses compete by providing tools to monitor competitors. There a many Aux that help us in the shift.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps in interacting with multiple digital channels, such as social media, email, chat, and more. we can customize the platform according to our requirements. Sprinklr is very secured. It has many features. I love how I can work on various different channels on one dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprinklr's customer support is not that helpful. We have also experienced some performance issues and slow loading times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr service has been very beneficial to me. I like how I can work on different Tiers on one dashboard and we can also see our work data at the same time. It also provides us notification facility which helps us a lot. It aslo suggest us social media replies which really helps in response time.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr is very easy to use. Responding to customer's digital queries and complaints has become much easier with Sprinklr. I can work with more efficiency and less complications because of its user-friendly user interface. Social listening, Agent productivity count, Case audits and Generating reports are much easier with Sprinklr compared to the other social media management tools available in the market. With Sprinklr, I have had the best experience so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when there is a high case flow the tool lags and the case notifications are delayed. Also there are times when Sprinklr assigns late cases due to which the response SLA gets affected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr is helping me in the following ways:

1. It helps in responding to customer's queries and complaints quickly because of its time stamp feature.
2. The case hold-up time widget helps in tracking the case hold-up time in agent's bucket
3. Agent productivity dashboard helps in tracking the cases actioned by the agents.
4. We can add and customize tags and macros as and when required with the help of Sprinklr support team.
5. Case notifications feature keeps us notified whenever a case is assigned even if we are working on other tabs out of sprinkler such as Word or Excel.

Sprinklr's user-friendly user interface makes learning and accessing the tool easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Being user of HGS, Sprinklr is extremly user friendly, can be used on the go, sprinklr helps our team to give better productivity in less time. Its multi-feature helps us do various tasks simultaneously.Sprinklr helps to engage with customers effectively. It is very easy to manage various social media platforms. With my personal experience, Sprinklr stands out amongst all the other tools in terms of service.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times where applying an action won't automatically refresh a case, making it seem as though the action didn't go through, but in reality it did. Sometimes it lags and had to refresh couple of times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr tabs help us to organise the cases well in our bucket. Notification tab make it easier to keep our previous cases in check. the pop up sound of the notification tab is really helpful. Master Agent Productivity Tab help us to keep a tab on our agents productivity and their performance. Dashboard feature help in terms of going through the cases which yet to be assigned. AUX feature is very smooth and easy to use for switching between Available, Training and breaks. Dark Mode feature is extremely helpful while working at night. Sprinklr is a multi-featured tool and the features are alligned in such a way that it is user friendly and easy to learn and access.
