Fantastic platform to perform multiple tasks at once
What do you like best about the product?
It's great that we got the app and which helped us to intigrate facebook, instagram and twitter customers all under one roof and the user interface is simplewhich makes this app splended.
What do you dislike about the product?
the only issue i found in this app was when switching from one page to another it sometimes glitches and makes the app slow whcih I think you could fix with an update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the major chage this platform brought to us is that we are able to automate a lot of things which gave us time to concentrate on other tasks better like the customer satisfaction and the time we are able to respond to the customer.
Sprinkler is one of the best tool ever used, where you can find all the solutions under one roof.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part would be, that it lets you pin your favorite/frequently used Tabs which makes day-to-day chores easy. It is an excellent tool to work with and hardly has any technical errors. It's been almost two years now and with a few updates it has become super-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a vast forum and initially, I faced some challenges navigating it throughout. As you start spending more time, you will get familiar. An initial tour guide would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr plays an important role, being a mediator between the customer and an agent. It also helps maintain the accord of the agent, which can be used for analysis of the performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinkler helps my business with better productivity. It has the best dynamic features which makes the work easier and effective. Loved the uniqueness of the tool. The tool has multiple features that make our job convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no vivid disappointment in the Sprinkler tool. But at the same time, it is quite expensive. Not every business can afford its cost. This tool can benefit many companies if the cost is deducted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinkler tool has multiple benefits. This tool helps us to work smoothly without creating a mess between all the teams. The work gets divided according to all the needs between the tiers. It has an amazing feature called 'Intuition Bucket', which helps us a lot. We track the business hours of all our employees with the support of this tool. There are different auxs, which help to complete every task without any hassles. We can also track all the activity of the employees with the help of this amazing tool. It has the best feature ''Dark mode'' which does not put a strain on eyes.To sum up, it has all the amazing features which is quite impressive.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr is very helpful to do multi-tasking and give better results to our client and hence better overall productivity. Sprinklr helps to work on different social media platforms on one screen and be super active in our work. Sprinklr is genuine enterprise software, not like some of the other social solutions that claim to be enterprise. Sprinklr covers many areas of social: Listening, Publishing, Campaign, Management, Content Management & Social Media ( which I work for)
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is super good but slow when the workflow increases. It is very expensive compared to other tools and not every business can afford it. the multi features are difficult to understand at times, hence it is confusing for me. Sprinklr lags a lot sometimes and it requires fast internet and works on good configured computers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr has the best UI amongst all the other tools that I have used. It is really good with cases distribution and helps us to bifocate easily. Sprinklr has the best notification panel that gives the notification in a precise manner and lag free. The sound notification system is also top class with great pop ups. Sprinklr's dark mode is so useful to work during the night shifts, less strain on my eyes and good sleep. The case assignment feature is amazingly made that distributes cases accurately and on time. The tool is designed in such a way that it helps us to manage our task properly. I have used many tools but by far sprinklr is the best amongst the rest.

What do you like best about the product?
Being super easy and detail-oriented also makes my business productive and fun. It is almost like working with a buddy at work who keeps an eye on our tasks and gets us the best results. It notifies us about all the tasks that make the job more convenient Also there are no complications while using it, it is vital for our work as this got us all good results and we can't imagine working without this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no significant drawbacks but at times because of the workflow, the tool gets slow, and also because we miss notifications when there are multiple number of cases in a row. Also, it is not very economical for all the businesses in the market, We'd like to see this tool installed in every organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr makes us go on pilot mode by keeping track of our working hours, and bifurcations of Aux according to the process make our tasks easy, We can track our breaks and availability on each platform. It keeps us updated by notifying us about every single case and change, The feature of switching to Dark mode is beneficial and not to forget we have our own tabs for each platform it captures the unassigned cases which helps us to be more productive. The dispersion of each tier has been done promptly, it helps us to manage our work, breaks, tasks, and working hours and we can always search the cases and rectify if there's any mistake. We can also change the settings according to our convenience. It is tech-friendly, advanced, and yet so easy.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps to get all the complaints of different platforms and one place and simple interface to use. This tool is very helpful in digital customer service in today's business.
What do you dislike about the product?
lags a lot when more cases hit simultaneously and sometimes notifications sections too disappear. Stats page takes time to load sometimes. Sometimes Sprinklr wont work in wifi have to switch to hotspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr is helping in solving customer queries in a very tech-savvy and simple interface and due to the tool we feel less pressurised as we can even email the Sprinklr support team for any assistance or changes we need to make according to that brand and process requirement.

There's an occasional bug.
It lags a lot when there is data flow.
It is full of multi features which is good, however, it is confusing for me and takes time to get hold of it.
There are so many options to accomplish a goal it can be difficult to know where to start.
The user interface could be more with graphics and 3D work.

Sprinklr has an amazing UI that makes it easy for me to understand and work. The dark mode is one of the best features I like about Sprinklr, the night shift goes well with less strain on my eyes.

It is comparatively high in price compared to other vendor tools.
Sometimes its too slow and keeps lagging.
It is not that good when its about the customer service help. Difficult to reach out to them.

Seamless working experience
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr is the most user-friendly platform to carry out our daily tasks related to Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. It makes work easier for us as everything is accessible from a single platform. Makes our working experience smoother than ever.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no downside of using Sprinklr. Only sometimes, there's a glitch and cases get assigned late. Notifications also come late at times but such glitches are solved instantly and things go back on track.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since 2+ years, we have been handling the McDonald's social media platforms, i.e. Twitter, Facebook & Instagram via Sprinklr which makes our day-to-day tasks smoother and easier. We haven't faced much issues with Sprinklr since the beginning but if there have been any issues, it has been resolved with ease at all times. The Sprinklr team comes to our help at all times.
