Sprinklr has a clean navigation and only restricted in service due to API limitations.

Sales team always trying to upgrade and renew at higher rates.

Sprinklr allowed us to create approval workstreams so that it was ensured that every piece of content was reviewed and approved by appropriate parties.
Easy interface and integrations of statistical respresentation.
What do you like best about the product?
Capturing real time data/customer complaints and quick to send resolutions. It has various features, resulting in better optimization and organization of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
occasioanally we get an error on sprinklr for complaints from the customer not getting assigned to the user, i think that can be worked upon.

Sprinklr is helping us to resolve the customer complaints on social media. it captures all the complaints and we reslove them for our customers.

undified experience, AI for conversationnal bot and care console

Some features and parameters are diffucult to set up, also some bugs happen without reasons.

What do you like best about the product?
When I was researching which Social Media Management Tool to use, I reached out to multiple companies, approximately five of them. Among all the options, Sprinklr stood out with their exceptional service right from the first call. Initially, I didn't get too excited because I know that sales pitches can differ from the actual product. However, as time went on, I had my first demo meeting where I was introduced to a sales and tech specialist, as well as the sales manager who had decision-making authority. They made each meeting time-efficient, eliminating the need for back-and-forth conversations within their team. It was a sensational experience, and I'm truly grateful for that.
I ended up signing up for their product, not just because of their service, but because I genuinely believe their platform is the best for our specific needs. When I transitioned to the implementation team, the fantastic experience continued. They coordinated every detail and specification to ensure they aligned with our requests. And now, we are working with the Success team, and everyone in this company is amazing. Each individual gives their best and puts in 100% effort in their respective roles. I didn't like that the integration with GA4 implied an extra cost.

The UI needs overhaul. its too cluttered and requires a cleanup

the tool provides a single UI to service customers across all platforms and allows a very quick turn around time to handle customer complaints

With Sprinklr learning curve is slightly disappointing.

Sprinklr is such an easy tool to manage all social media accounts of my client's business. Not only do I find everything consolidated here but it it is so user-friendly that anyone can use it. It provides tons of data and reports within seconds!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no downside of using Sprinklr, which is the best part! It makes work easier for you. At times, it can get stuck due to technical glitches but be assured, that is resolved quickly too.

Sprinklr is making it easy to manage our social media platforms easily and time-efficiently! You get everything at one place, what more can you ask for! Not just that, It also provides real-time analysis and reports that makes working easier.

What do you like best about the product?
User interface of the tool is something which makes it outstanding in comparison to the other tools available in the market. Its easy and fun and convenient to use. It makes our work easy and helps us to complete our tasks on time. The transperancy of the tool is what makes it stand out. A top tier tool in the market! I love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
The following key points can be some: Its quiet expensive, hence not everybody can afford it. However, it might slow down a little sometimes with some glitches. Also due to no segregation the notifications are missed, I think this is something which can be worked upon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of the important features of the tool are: Dark Mode - which helps greatly in night shifts and does not strain our eyes. Another feature is the Aux change which is very convenient and can be used as per the requirements. It also has different tabs for each platform which helps in better tracking of cases. The best part is the data tracking where in all the data can be tracked on individual basis as well as team and shift basis which immensly helps in keeping an eye on our performance. Also there is a notification tab which help us keep real time track of the cases we are working on. One of the features also being the intuition bucket, where in we can manually extract cases so that we do not miss on any potential opportunity.
